Konrad lay over him to kiss him and Jasper wrapped his legs around Konrad’s, his feet against Konrad’s calves, his fingers pushing up into silken, greying hair. He let a needy whine slip out as Konrad’s cock rubbed against his through his boxers. “My beautiful boy,” Konrad breathed against him. “May I make love to you?”
Jasper’s heart stopped. Just for a moment, as the words landed, then he was drawing a shaky breath from the scarce space between them. “Oh. Yes.”
“Would you like me to sit astride you, and take you into my body?” Konrad asked, hooking careful fingers into Jasper’s boxers. He sat back to gently peel them down Jasper’s legs and put them aside. “Or would you prefer that I was inside you?”
“Inside me, please,” Jasper whispered without hesitation.
Konrad made a low sound and took a small bottle out of the nightstand drawer. He coated his fingers in lube and kissed Jasper as he lifted his hips to brush those cool fingers over his entrance. Jasper could tell the moment Konrad realized he was already wet down there. He felt Konrad’s gasp in the kiss, the throb of Konrad’s cock against his thigh.
Konrad lifted onto one forearm and looked down at him with eyes that were more black than brown. “Did you?”
His half question was still perfectly clear. Jasper nodded, his smile a touch sheepish. “I know it was presumptuous. I would have been fine if we didn’t do anything, but I did hope.” He hadn’t been able to imagine an outcome where the two of them could be anything, and yet he’d desperately wanted to be wrong.
“Elskede. Come here.”
Konrad kissed him again, using the lube still covering his fingers to coat his cock. He pushed slowly into Jasper’s prepared hole and they moaned against each other. Jasper scrambled for purchase on Konrad’s back, feeling the sweat already gathering there, and clung to him. Konrad went deeper and it felt more like their first time than their first time did. He whispered his native tongue against Jasper’s lips, shuddering as his hips met Jasper’s ass, so close that his belly once more curved into Jasper’s own.
“God, Konrad, you’re perfect,” Jasper said.
He wasn’t sure if it was tears or sweat that turned their kiss salty as Konrad started to move, or who to attribute the taste to, as Jasper’s eyes burned but he could also hear a crack in Konrad’s voice when he moaned. Jasper dropped a hand against the bed and Konrad immediately took it. Their fingers slotted together, Konrad pressing it down, and it was less like being pinned than being promised. Jasper’s cock slid against Konrad with every roll of Konrad’s hips, slicking the hair on his stomach with precome.
Jasper was already so worked up but he couldn’t help it. He’d been aching for Konrad.
Konrad lifted his head to look down at him. He surely saw the tear that spilled from the corner of Jasper’s eye, down his temple to soak into his sweaty curls. Jasper let him see. Not just his tears, but the rest of him. All of him. “Jasper,” he said thickly.
Jasper nodded, breathless. He agreed. To what, he didn’t know by name, but he could hear the same thing echoed back to him in Konrad’s voice. Konrad pressed deeper against the place that made Jasper arch up against him, squeezing Jasper’s hand as he did. He hit that spot again and again, never increasing his slow, deep pace, but Jasper’s orgasm still started to build. Konrad made him come, and Jasper shuddered through his release like an afterthought, everything secondary to the continuous loop of their emotions pouring into each other. He was in so deep that he didn’t know which feelings were his and which were Konrad’s. He wasn’t sure there was a difference.
“Jasper.”
“Yeah, sweetheart,” Jasper encouraged.
Konrad came inside him with a groan that Jasper would think was pained if he couldn’t feel the elation himself. It was pure relief, and Jasper stroked his hair, whimpering at the wet heat of Konrad filling him. He hiked a leg higher onto Konrad’s waist to keep him in place, not yet ready for Konrad to no longer be inside him. Another tear fell. “Konrad.” Strange, how they could say no more than each other’s names, and somehow communicate everything they needed to.
Konrad nodded. He held him tightly, his arm wrapping under Jasper’s back, his other hand cradling the back of Jasper’s head. It was too hot and too much with their bodies pressed together but Jasper didn’t even think of moving. He just breathed, his chest heaving against Konrad’s as exhaustion pressed heavily on his bones.
There were no words that could possibly follow what they’d just said to each other through their bodies, and Jasper was glad Konrad didn’t try to force any.
He didn’t remember falling asleep, but he must have drifted, because the next thing he knew, Konrad was cleaning him up with a damp washcloth. Jasper caught his wrist. “Are you gonna stay?” he asked, the words coming out so small and weak he barely recognized them as his own.
“I live here, darling.” Konrad lay next to him, propped on one elbow, and swept Jasper’s damp curls back off his face.
Jasper laughed at his own stupidity. He was in a strange, soft place.
Konrad kissed his forehead. “Are you going to stay?”
“If you want me to.”
“I always want you to.”
Jasper looked up at him, his fingers combing idly through Konrad’s chest hair. “Always is a big word.”
“It is.”
“Don’t say words like that unless you mean them.”
“I do.”
Jasper leaned up and kissed him. He felt more drunk now than he did when the wine was still fresh in his system, his thoughts fuzzy around the edges. “I’m hungry,” he said when they parted.
