Remy’s brain stumbled over “Monty,” even though he heard the guys calling Jed that all the time. And then he focused on what Mike was actually saying.

As tempted as Remy was to give Mike a taste of his own medicine and leave him on read for a day, he wasn’t that guy. And he did want to know how recently Mike and Jed had been together. Not that it mattered, because he and Mike hadn’t had any kind of deal, and who Jed slept with was absolutely not Remy’s business. But yeah, he needed to know.

He wasn’t going to let Mike have any more power over him today. Just like he wasn’t going to go straight from being all hung up over Mike to being all hung up over someone else.
