I turn to face him. His dark brown eyes, his black hair. He licks his lips as I face him, his eyes tracking up my body.

“Romeo.” I nod.

“Mr. Sterling. Congratulations on your engagement,” he says, his Italian accent thick.

He holds out his hand, and I go to shake it, but instead drag him in closer so he’s flush against me, slapping my hand on his back.

“You didn’t tell me you were coming to New Falls,” I mutter.

His breath catches. “I was the real surprise.”

I release him, and he goes to straighten his tie, his Adam's apple bobbing as he swallows.

“Are you here for work or pleasure?” I ask, tilting my head.

He bites his lip, his eyes zoning in on my hands. “Both.”

I nod. “Then you know what to do, Rome,” I tell him, then I walk away and join my brothers at the bar. Romeo follows behind me and gets straight into business talk with Hunter.

The bartender slides me a shot of vodka, and I rest my back against the bar.

“This is your worst nightmare brought to life, isn’t it?” Harper asks beside me, while Ace chuckles in response.

“Yep. But Jett’s heart is in the right place, so I forgive him.”

That crazy motherfucker will throw a party over anything if it means he can unleash his feral side.

One of the girls, a cute blonde in a pink sequin bra and thong, catches my eye. I run my finger across my lips as her eyes land on me. I tip my hat, and she blushes instantly, making her way over.

“I might have found a way to make this less painful, though,” I tell them, standing straight as she stops in front of me.

Her hands drag up my chest. “You’re the groom, right, handsome?” she purrs.

I press my hand over hers and lean in. “I am. You wanna show me what I’m missin’ out on for the rest of my life, huh?”

She giggles and nods. “Yes, sir.”

She takes my hand in hers and leads me over to an empty booth. I drag the table out of the way; somehow, we’ve made Rosie’s bar into a functional strip club, and I ain’t complaining. Maybe this is exactly what I need to get my mind off the fact I’m marrying a lunatic mafia princess.

I take a seat and spread my legs, resting my arms on the back of the chairs. She spins, her ass in my face as she bends over; I can’t help but groan.

When I glance over at my brothers, Romeo is beside them, hands in pockets, jaw so tight it might snap, glaring at me like he wants to be the one between my legs. I’d be good with it if that were the case.

Romeo is guaranteed no strings attached sex.

So I wink.

Jett really did throw me the perfect party to celebrate the end of my life as I know it, because I have no doubt Gianna is about to explode my existence into pieces.

My bachelor party went far better than I thought it would; I managed to sneak off around midnight. There’s only so much socializing I can do in a day.

Now, I’m spread out on the couch, beer in hand. Waiting for the knock at my door.

But that doesn’t happen; he breezes through my front door and straight past me to the kitchen. Romeo left after my second dance with the girl, Candy. I thought I wouldn’t be seeing him again. Because despite the fact that he and I are strictly sex and no feelings, Romeo does get jealous when he’s horny. And in New Falls, he’s got no one else to fuck him except me.

“Another drink?” Romeo calls out.

I run a hand through my hair, putting my beer down on the coffee table.
