I give one firm, steady thrust, pushing through the barrier. She gasps, a small sob escaping her as I slide fully home, filling her completely. I stay still, letting her body adjust to the size of me, my heart hammering against my ribs.
"You okay?"
"It... it hurts a little," she whispers, but she's smiling through the tears, her legs wrapping around my waist to pull me deeper. "But don't stop. Please, Torch, don't stop."
That's all the permission I need. I start to move, slow and rhythmic at first, easing her into the sensation. Every slide out and push back in feels like electricity. She's so tight it's almost unbearable, her walls gripping my cock like a vice.
"Harder."
I pick up the pace, my thrusts becoming harder, more primal. The sound of our skin slapping together fills the room, mixing with her loud, unrestrained moans.
I watch her face, the way her brows knit together in pleasure, the way she arches her back to meet every plunge.
I'm losing control. I grip her hips, digging my fingers into her flesh, and drive into her with everything I've got, claiming every inch of her, marking her as mine.
"I love... I love this," she cries out, her voice strained.
I groan, a low, guttural sound in the back of my throat. I can feel the pressure building, the heat exploding in my gut. I deliver a few more deep, punishing thrusts, burying myself as deep as I can go, before I finally snap.
I roar as I cum, a hot, thick flood of seed pumping deep inside her. I collapse against her, my chest heaving, my forehead resting against hers.
We stay like that for a long time, locked together, the silence of the room only broken by the sound of our synchronized breathing.
I kiss her forehead.
Tomorrow, I'll have to deal with everything waiting outside this room.
The men who followed us. The device in my cabin. The questions Madison still hasn't answered.
And the damn DNA test she doesn't know about.
But right now, she's here, warm against my side, looking at me like I'm somebody worth trusting.
And that scares the shit out of me more than anything else.
Chapter 7
Madison
I wake up warm.
Ridiculously warm.
And very, very comfortable.
It takes me a moment to realize why.
Torch is asleep beside me, one heavy arm draped across my waist, his face relaxed in a way I've never seen while he's awake.
I smile.
Last night wasn't a dream.
I glance at his chest, then at the sheet tangled around his hips.
A wicked little idea takes shape.
I've spent twenty-two years being careful. Wondering. Reading about things instead of experiencing them.
