Dropping to his knees, he lifted her silken legs and placed them on his shoulders. Blazing a trail of kisses down her stomach, he met her at her core, suckling the tight nub and simultaneously holding her legs in place so she could not escape his grasp.
She moaned his name, the sound so sweet, he surged forward, dipping his tongue in all her hidden places. Orris shattered in his arms, her legs collapsing about his neck. As she quivered in his mouth, he felt his own pinnacle attempt to surface.
Mentally forbidding his body from eruption, he rose, holding her ankles in place. From the foot of the bed, he climbed on top of her, taking her mouth as he lost himself inside her. Again and again, he drove himself to the hilt as Orris bucked against him.
She was not as shy as she had been their first time. In their coupling, she showed him how badly he had been missed. She kissed him over his neck and chest, brazenly licking and biting.
While he made every effort to hold on, to control his desire, he exploded just as she whispered in his ear.
“I want to feel you come undone, Husband,” she said.
Abram cried out with a yelp of pleasure, “Orris!” He jerked forward, the orgasmic rush one such as he had never felt.
Collapsing on top of her, he was spent. She was fully his, forever.
Rolling over, he dragged her with him. “I fear,” he panted, “I shall never leave your bed.” Orris possessed the ability to make a fool of him, and he would go along willingly. Fortunately for him, she was the kindest, sweetest soul he had ever met.
“Will our union be like this forever?” she asked, planting a kiss on his bare chest.
“Until we are old and gray. Until the moon stops rising in the sky.”
“Until our days end, and we meet again on the other side,” she added.
“A poet,” he said, lifting up with the bitter last of his strength to kiss her sweet lips.
“Only for you, my love.”
They drifted off to sleep holding one another. And Abram realized he was finally home.
