Shiloh couldn’t seem to decide if that was funny or horrifying, but after a few seconds of silence, he shivered and whispered softly. “No, Daddy. We’re not gonna do that.”
Did he think I couldn’t hear him?
Was his volume some kind of language in itself like the nonverbal signals Zorin thought should be labeled as a language?
“Alright.” Zorin kissed his head which seemed to signify the danger had passed based on Shiloh’s relief. “Show me which toys you want us to bring back to my place…my quarters.”
As Shiloh nodded and moved everyone to the bedroom, Zorin turned to me. “English has many words for the places where we live. What word should we use for these dwellings?”
The question got a happy sound from Shiloh, but he mostly ignored it as he started organizing his fuzzy predators in ways I didn’t understand. By the time Zorin and I had debated the merits of words like home, apartment, dwelling, and condo, Shiloh had three predators, two puzzles, a handful of books, and an extensive amount of coloring tools.
I thought it looked like he was moving but the sight pleased Zorin…probably because to him it felt like Shiloh was moving as well.
“If we spread your cute clothes as you call them between my quarters and yours…that is a very good word…then you will not have to keep them stored.” Zorin did not mind holding all the toys and actively seemed to be looking for ways to add to his pile. “I would like to see more of them.”
Because another way they seemed to bond was by discussing the concept of playing dress-up.
We were not supposed to worry, though, because Shiloh had no desire to be a squirrel.
Wren was a very interesting Earthling.
“I’ll show you.” Shiloh started out excited but it quickly faded into some kind of concern. “Some stuff. We…we don’t have to look at all my stuff.”
He liked that word but it covered entirely too much without being specific enough.
“Shiloh?” Zorin did his best to use his voice to mirror Shiloh’s concern. When our Earth mate simply wiggled and stared at the floor, Zorin decided not to continue to wait. “There is nothing you could show me that would upset me. I have started extensive research on the different submissive variations. There is very little I have seen in the category of age play that I would limit.”
That may have helped Shiloh’s worries but Zorin turned to me. “Did you know some littles enjoy objects in their rectums? They can find it soothing. I have seen it listed several times as a type of binkie or pacifier. I think objects like that might be something he would enjoy in all forms of submission.”
Interesting.
“Do you think his wiggling is trying to show visual signals of a need for attention in that part of his body?” I was half serious and half teasing, but it had the effect of getting a squeak from our mate as he went very still. “See? The amount of his wiggles changes as he reacts, as well.”
Zorin nodded, studying Shiloh. “Yes. He also uses those movements to tease us, which is probably a signal as well.”
“Daddy.” Shiloh squeaked out the title before hiding his face against Zorin’s shoulder. “I…I got to get…”
Stuff.
He had to get more stuff.
I sent a questioning feeling through the bond to Zorin which had him shrugging as Shiloh scurried to the bedroom. We both waited patiently but were still confused when Shiloh came back with what I thought was another form of pacifier in his mouth.
The bright yellow object was clearly designed for his mouth and not his rectal muscles, but it took several seconds too long to understand why it was useful in the moment.
He did not have to talk if his mouth was plugged.
“Our mate is very smart.” My dry response to his behavior got a giggle out of him that was muffled by the object he was sucking on. It also had the effect of making him feel less worried and possibly littler because the feelings coming through our bond had changed.
“He gives good hints about how he is feeling.” Zorin walked over and kissed Shiloh’s head again. “He’s also going to start reminding me that you need food again soon.”
Not with the pacifier in his mouth, but I let him change the subject. “He would be right.”
And since Zorin seemed to have a strong need to be the mate who provided meals, I did not offer to feed myself. The one time I had tried to suggest it had gotten hurt feelings coming through the bond that I had not expected.
Shiloh seemed to think his needs were the most confusing or stressful, but he would have been wrong.
Very wrong.
