“Rinse your hair, and nothing is stopping us from getting into yours right now.”
He carefully swung me around and shook his head under the spray. Then he shut the water off and toweled me off as best he could while also kissing each place the towel swiped.
We left a trail of damp footprints into his bedroom, and he tossed the wet towel toward the bathroom without caring where it landed. He laid me down on sheets that smelled like him, and he was careful not to give me too much of his weight when he crawled on top of me.
“Fucking hell, I meant to restock the condoms,” he admitted, pressing his forehead to mine. “With everything that happened, I forgot.”
I laughed, wondering if this would be an ongoing thing for us. But I didn’t mind overly much. “You brought me on the most thoughtful date ever and forgot condoms.”
“Terrible pattern.” His hips settled between my thighs, the crown of his dick pressed against my drenched core. “I’ll grab the jumbo pack tomorrow.”
I wrapped my legs around him. “I don’t want to wait.”
“Neither do I.” He kissed me again. “Tell me if anything is too much.”
“It won’t be.”
His eyes remained locked on mine as he pushed in. The stretch was familiar and new at once, and I breathed through it, feeling close to him in a way I never had before.
He waited for me to adjust until I wiggled my hips and urged him. Then he moved, giving me long strokes where every inch of his hard length dragged in and out of my tight heat.
His hand found mine on the pillow, and he interlaced our fingers. There was nothing frantic in the way he was taking me. Julian was showing me his love with his body.
“You feel like home,” he murmured against my mouth.
“Don’t make me cry during sex.”
“Too late.” He kissed the corner of my eye. “I’ve got you.”
I met him thrust for thrust. “Julian.”
“That’s it, baby. Tell me what you need.”
“Harder.”
He gave it to me while still cherishing my body. When I was close, his thumb found my clit again. The second orgasm hit deeper, and I came with my face in his neck and my cries echoing off the walls.
He followed a few strokes later, buried himself all the way, and spilled into me with a groan. “Fuck, Celia. Missed you so damn much.”
“Never again,” I whispered, believing we were stronger after how we’d been tested.
When we both caught our breaths, he gently pulled his dick out of me and rolled to his side. Pulling me against his chest, he buried his face in the crook of my neck and ran his fingers through my hair. “That was even better than I remembered.”
I cuddled closer and murmured, “It was only a week.”
“Seven days when I didn’t know if I’d ever have you like this again.”
I traced the line of his shoulder. “Sounds longer when you put it like that.”
His arm tightened. “We’re here together now. I’m not spending another night in this bed wondering if I already lost you.”
“You didn’t.” I lifted my head so he could see my eyes. “And I don’t want you to feel like you need to keep proving yourself to me. It’s forgiven. We’re moving on.”
He rolled me under him, his dick already stirring again. “I can think of one way I’m not done showing you.”
I laughed, but the sound turned into a gasp when he kissed his way down my body. His mouth teased both of my breasts, then his hands spread my thighs so he could make me come again.
When he finally slid back into me, my world had narrowed to only him.
