Cass (10:03 p.m.): Yeah but also no. She’s still in a ton of pain. They said it’s not a clot, so that’s good news. They think it’s “just” a muscle spasm

Cass (10:03 p.m.): They want to keep her overnight though bc her bp is sky high, which is bad, especially given the meds she’s already on

Ash (10:04 p.m.): *hugs*

Ash (10:04 p.m.): Are you okay?

Cass (10:04 p.m.): No

Cass (10:04 p.m.): I’ll call you in a few

Ash (Tuesday, May 16, 2023 – 4:55 p.m.): Home yet?

Cass (5:23 p.m.): Leaving hospital now

Ash (5:24 p.m.): Oh good

Cass (6:46 p.m.): Mom’s settled in bed, she’s super tired bc of the muscle relaxant they gave her. I have to cook and do laundry and clean and then I have a ton of homework to finish and a project due tomorrow. Sorry, I can’t talk tonight

Ash (6:47 p.m.): Anything I can do to help?

Ash (7:03 p.m.): Sorry, that was sort of a stupid question, of course there’s nothing I can do

Ash (7:04 p.m.): Take care of yourself, and know I’m thinking about you <3

Cass (7:56 p.m.): Thanks. I’ll call you tomorrow

Cass (Saturday, May 27, 2023 – 9:14 a.m.): Hey. Sorry about all of the last week. Mom’s finally feeling better, and I’m finally caught up with schoolwork

Cass (9:14 a.m.): I’ve missed talking to you

Cass (9:15 a.m.): Call me when you can

Ash (Monday, June 5, 2023 – 12:30 p.m.): One down, one to go?

Cass (12:31 p.m.): Yeah. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t amazing either. I’m sure I passed, but I feel like I could have done better, you know?

Ash (12:32 p.m.): I know the feeling. I’m sure you did better than you think <3

Ash (12:33 p.m.): Here’s something to cheer you up. Bri drew a picture. She says it’s the three of us together in the forest

Cass (12:34 p.m.): Ahhhh, oh gosh, she’s adorable. Tell her I love it!

Cass (Tuesday, June 6, 2023 – 2:50 p.m.): On the plane, but we’re delayed, and they don’t know how long it will be. Don’t come to pick me up. I’ll catch a Lyft to get there so you’re not late. Can’t wait to see you <3

Ash (Tuesday, June 6, 2023 – 3:40 p.m.): Just finished my last final. It went well :) Going to pick up Bri, then meet up with Joanna and Henry before we head back to campus for the ceremony
