“Of course. I’ll speak with you tomorrow,” his mom said. “There’s so much to arrange.”

“Soon. I promise.” Blaze said goodbye to everyone and ended the comm. He turned to Eden and gripped her shoulders. “How terrified are you?”

“I love them! Your mom’s hilarious. And your dad knows his place. I never thought I’d see such a huge Apexian so under the thumb.”

He kissed her forehead and let out a sigh. “Don’t ever say that to his face. My dad’s a proud guy.”

“I’ll only ever mention it to your mom. She rules that family. And your brother’s great.”

“Astro loves the ladies. He’ll take his time choosing and have fun doing it.”

“Speaking of fun...” Eden tracked a hand down his abs. “We deserve a treat after that.”

“Then let me take you for a ride.” Blaze scooped up a giggling Eden and carried her to the bedroom.

He pulled off her clothes and dropped between her legs, reveling in the delicious, stunning goddess who belonged to him. No, screw that. They belonged to each other.
