The apartment had gone silent around the work.

My coffee remained untouched. Morning light fell across the rented table and caught dust I had not noticed before. The refrigerator turned off with a small mechanical click.

I looked at the hand-drawn site plan again.

Carrow Creek Ranch.

The name meant nothing to me.

That helped.

No shared history. No reputation to manage beyond the one I brought with me. One client in Montana who needed a producer named on a certificate because the man currently drawing emergency routes through vendor space had reached the limit of what confidence could accomplish.

I opened the preliminary event description.

Full rodeo program.

Rough stock.

Timed events.

Barrel racing.

Food vendors.

Merchandise.

Potential beer garden pending license.

The budget was not attached.

Neither was the proposed producer fee.

I drafted a reply.

Thank you for reaching out. Nair & Co. has limited availability to review the proposed scope. Before confirming interest or capacity, please provide the following—

I listed the missing materials.

Budget.

Client contact.

Prior event history.

Current site photographs.

Property access map.

Expected attendance by category rather than combined.

Vendor list.
