“Wow.” I rushed out after he finished his story.

“Again, your brother is a dick.”

I couldn’t believe that Sebastian did this shit over something that happened when they were practically kids.

“We didn’t speak for those weeks before you left.”

I looked back up at him.

“But you showed up to the bar.”

He nodded. “Yes, I knew it was your last night.”

My heart swelled.

“You wanted to see me.”

He looked up and searched my eyes.
