Maybe he's the traitor.

We don't know enough.

And we're not dragging Claire and Sophie anywhere until we do.

I close Nathan's letter.

“First thing we do is find Miller.”

Wolf nods.

“I can start checking locally.”

“I'll help,” Ace says.

“Quietly.”

Wolf gives me a look.

“We know how to investigate without putting up a billboard.”

Right.

I'm going to have to get used to not working alone.

I look at Claire.

Her eyelids are drooping.

“You're done.”

Her eyes widen.

“Excuse me?”

“You need sleep.”

“I need to find out who Miller is.”

“You need a shower, food, and eight hours unconscious.”

“I've already eaten.”

“You had half a piece of toast.”

“I wasn't hungry.”
