“I’m sorry,” Russ rushes out. “It won’t happen again, I swear.”

I stare at him for a long moment, making him squirm in his seat before finally saying, “You’re right. It won’t happen again.” Russ sags in the chair in relief. He thinks this is over, and I’m going to let him walk out of here alive. “Scar, hand me the tin snips.”

Russ stiffens. “What’s that?”

I shrug. “Nothing you need to worry about.”

Mountain snorts in the background as Scar hands me the tool. I toss it up in the air as a sinister smirk spreads across my lips.

Russ looks at the tool in my hand before holding his bound wrists up, thinking I’m using it to cut through the rope.

He’s making my job too easy.

I take hold of his wrist, bringing the tool up to it.

“You won’t regret this, I promise,” Russ says as he gives me a poor attempt at a smile.

I smile back at him. “You’re right. I won’t.”

I quickly move the tool down, cutting off his pinky in one snap. It falls onto the floor with a thud. The light crunch is like music to my ears.

Russ violently jolts in his seat as a bloodcurdling scream leaves his lips. Blood is flowing out of the open wound, soaking his pants. He tries to cradle the wound, but the rope around his wrists stops him from being able to do so.

“That’s one,” I tell him.

“Please. I’ll give you anything. Just let me go,” Russ whimpers.

“Now why would I do that when you still owe me?”

“Owe you for what?” he continues to whimper.

I bring the tin snips to his ring finger and apply pressure, letting the blade cut through the skin and bone until it joins the pinky finger on the floor.

Another bloodcurdling scream leaves his lips, making my ears ring.

“Jesus, he screams like a goddamn bitch,” Vamp says as he covers his ears. “Take it like a fucking man.”

I snicker as I move the tool along, cutting off the middle finger. Russ is pale in the face from the loss of blood that’s pooling on the floor.

“I don’t know if you’ve put together what’s going on yet, Russ, but for every fingerprint you tried to frame my girl with, I’m taking one of yours.”

Russ’s glassy eyes stare at me as he tries to concentrate, but I can tell he’s fading fast. I cut off the last two, his screams turning silent as he begins to fade out.

I toss the tin snips on the ground and pull my Glock out of the waistband of my pants, shooting a single bullet through his forehead, finishing him off.

The shed goes silent, sending a wave of calmness over all of us.

“You got him to sign over Losti Ravn?” I ask, turning to Mountain.

“Sure did, Prez. The club is ours now,” Mountain smirks.

Good.

I’m looking forward to being Blake’s boss.

She’s going to fucking hate it, but it’s nothing bending her over the desk won’t fix.

“Barbie, Chance, go wait for Widower,” I order.
