“Good to see you, Dominic,” the guard at the first checkpoint grunts. He lifts an eyebrow at the addition of Luca but doesn’t question it.
I wave him off, not needing a damn escort to get me through somewhere I could navigate with my eyes closed. The sounds don’t bother me anymore—nor do the smells. Desperation, whimpering, tears… the fucking begging.
As a young kid, chosen to take over as a Second, it bothered me. Then older, seasoned, it annoyed me. Their screams, prayers. Fucking pathetic.
Now? Now, I’m immune to it. I recognize the profit as I walk past cages of men and women. All of them will be trained, sectioned off, sold. A couple will be unlucky enough not to be trained—Owners who want to break the merchandise themselves. Not my problem, but it’s why the rest shouldn’t bitch. At least they’ll live. The Owners who break merchandise are frequent buyers for a reason.
It takes three more checkpoints to get to the heart of the warehouse. I step into the fancy office, with only a mild flicker of a desire for coffee. The fact Luca missed his brings me a jolt of joy. Today is the first test—fuck knows every day will be a test for this asshole.
I hope Allesandro didn’t spoil his Boys too much. Unless the fucker screws up, I’m not allowed to throw him into full training. Some training can be done, but Sergio made it clear. Teach the asshole but try not to kill him because he belongs to Allesandro.
Teo sits on the couch, sprawling out. It’s a far change from when I first brought him here. Sniveling at the time, arguing at the necessity of the business. I toughened him up, and the Boss thanked me for it. Never interfered like some fathers would—including Sergio’s dad. Then again, Sergio is far better than his dad was as a Boss.
I take the single chair.
Luca takes in the room, a slight tightening of his eyes. I mark the weakness but am pleasantly surprised that’s all I see. Perhaps not as soft as I thought, although we’ll see how he performs.
The whole room has a sex club feel—rich, dark fabrics that hide bloodstains easily enough. Necessary instruments line the wall. And, on the scarred desk, a single phone that isn’t hooked to the outside.
Once Luca sits on the couch, leaving a respectable space between him and the Boss’s heir, I pick up the phone. “Send in the first.”
We don’t have long to wait before there’s a knock at the door. Teo doesn’t call out, merely stands and heads toward the door, opening it. This room is soundproof for the rare buyer we let through. Most sales don’t take place here, but there are a few who’ve earned the right to see the merchandise in person before purchase.
The woman who enters is reasonably pretty—although it looks like we had to do a little work on her. She hands me her folder silently, and I grunt in acknowledgment. It’s a good sign that she’s proactively engaging.
When I flick my fingers, she immediately moves to the center of the room. The coy blush-pink pencil dress is far more conservative than what our usual merchandise wears. It suits her, as do the stylish pumps. If someone met her on the street, they’d expect she was merely a high-powered professional or, more likely, the wife thereof.
Flipping through the folder, I note that we did, in fact, have to give her larger breasts; looks like we straightened her teeth out as well. Worth the investment, but that means she needs to perform perfectly to help us recoup the money and turn a solid profit.
“Strip,” I command, my attention not wavering from the file on my lap. Still, I hear the soft whisper of clothes falling. “Teo, you’re up.”
My attention is drawn to Teo as he stands, far more graceful than when he first got here. Without any hesitation, he walks to the woman and begins to touch her. Light, delicate touches at first. Seduction at its finest.
The woman doesn’t flinch, doesn’t make a noise. And we’re watching for it. Teo automatically switches, not so gentle now. Harsh grabs, pinches, rough on the breasts, between the legs. Still, no fight and no sounds.
Hmm… I flip back to the first page. She’s earmarked for Jean-Marc. Ah, yeah, she won’t make a sound. Even if he was kind enough to give her an orgasm, she knows to keep her mouth shut. He doesn’t want to hear the noise of a woman.
“She’s rated for full service,” I call out before setting the folder back and stretching out in the chair. “Give me the show.”
Teo doesn’t break away, merely pushes her down onto her knees, flicking the button of his jeans open. The woman takes it from there. She keeps good posture, submissiveness radiating off her. There’s no hesitation as she takes him in her mouth, swallowing him down. And considering Teo’s girth, she won’t have any problem with Jean-Marc.
It doesn’t take long for Teo to become hard. He isn’t a fan of women, but he knows the score, and he fucks her throat harshly, choking her. I hum my approval of both Teo and the woman. Not one ounce of fight in either of them. Both get their jobs done.
When he pulls out and finishes by jacking off, spraying her with his semen, she doesn’t swipe at it like some women do. Teo walks away, swiping a bottle from the fridge and taking deep swallows. I wait patiently to see what he does.
Turning around, he snaps his fingers, pointing to his feet. His voice—low, rough, and just on the right side of dangerous—rumbles out, “Crawl.”
Immediately, the bitch complies. No redness, no embarrassment. Good. Whoever trained her did well.
I feed Teo a little more information, wanting to see if he can actually fucking think instead of needing me to give him exact instructions. “She’s Jean-Marc’s.”
“Qu’est-ce que tu étudies?” Teo asks as he grips her hair, bending her backward.
“J’étudie la musique, Monsieur,” the woman responds effortlessly, showing no discomfort of her position.
“Quel instrument?” Teo pushes her further down, with his foot on her belly.
“Je joue du piano, Monsieur.” There’s a slight breathlessness to her voice as she begins to strain. Still…it’s acceptable. And, if anything, Jean-Marc will enjoy if it’s a hair away from perfect.
