“Fantastic,” Oxi purred from where he was propped up on his elbows watching us.
Spencer froze.
Luck made a strained sound. “Very educational.”
I turned my head slowly.
Oxi’s eyes were dark and amused. Luck had a blanket pulled halfway over his face, though that did absolutely nothing to hide how awake he was.
“Were you two awake the whole time?” Spencer asked, voice horrified.
“Not the whole time,” Luck said.
Oxi smiled. “Mostly.”
I dragged a hand down my face. “Fuck.”
“Accurate summary,” Oxi said.
Spencer covered her face with both hands. “Oh my God.”
Luck sat up a little, hair sticking up in every direction. “Don’t be embarrassed, slayer.”
Oxi’s gaze flicked to me, then back to her. “I’m jealous.”
Luck cleared his throat. “Same.”
Spencer lowered her hands slowly. Her cheeks were flushed, her lips were swollen, and her hair was mussed from my fingers. She was sitting naked in my lap, and the possessive part of me that should have hated their attention didn’t.
I expected to feel jealousy. But this was different. They weren’t looking at her like they wanted to take her from me. They were looking at her like they wanted to join us.
Spencer shifted slightly off my lap to sit beside me. “You guys can join,” she said softly. “I’m sure we can figure out all four of us in a single bed somehow.”
I blinked. “What?”
She glanced up at me. “Only if you’re okay with it.”
I searched her face and realized that if I said no, she would drop it. She wasn’t trying to pressure me. My gaze moved to Oxi, then Luck. Oxi’s expression was hungry but controlled. Luck looked like he was trying very hard to be respectful while also visibly losing his mind.
I exhaled slowly. This was reckless, but so was living in a world where every night might be our last one. “Yeah,” I said. “I’m okay with it.”
Oxi didn’t hesitate as he got up, stripping out of his boxers before crossing to the bed.
“Of course you’re that fast,” Luck muttered.
Oxi shot him a look. “I move with purpose.”
“You move like a man who’s been waiting for this since you met her.”
“I have been.”
Spencer laughed.
Oxi climbed onto the bed and leaned over her, but he didn’t touch her immediately. His gaze moved over her face, sharp and serious beneath the heat. “Are you sure?” he asked.
She reached for him, wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling his mouth to hers. “I’m positive, Oxi. I want all of you.”
He groaned into her kiss.
