Thor doubled over with laughter. “It’s not about to be a prize when they get done with it.”

Just as he said that, the doors of the truck opened. They both jumped down, swinging bats over their shoulders. “London Bridge” by Fergie was blasting from the speakers. They made their way over to us with a bright smile.

“Hey, Brit. You like my gift?” Cara asked, grinning like a lunatic.

“Cara, we can’t do this. He’s going to be pissed.”

All Viper could do was smile and shake his head. He knew like the rest of us. This car was about to become a gigantic pile of trash.

“Says who? Julian likes to touch things that don’t belong to him. First, he did it with you at the charity event, and now with the salon.” Cara scoffed before tightening her hold on the bat. “You seem a little nervous, so I’ll get things started until you warm up.”

Without another word, she walked over and slammed the bat into the passenger window, shattering it.

Ink grabbed his chest as if he was in pain. “I don’t think I can watch this. That car is a classic.”

“Not anymore,” Tiny chimed in.

Crash.

Cara took out the rearview mirror.

Crash. Crash.

There went the front headlights.

Cara paused, turning to Brit. “This bastard tried to take you out. Tried to ruin your career that you have worked damn hard for. Are you really going to let him get away with that?”

By the time Cara finished, Brit had a crazed look in her eyes. Cara held the bat out toward her with an evil smile. Brit grinned wickedly as she made her way down the steps, where Sara offered her a pair of black gloves.

“I want next. It was my salon too,” Oscar said, making his way through the crowd.

“Me too!” Kira shouted as she stood next to Oscar.

“Don’t worry. We have plenty of toys.” Sara handed Oscar her bat and ran back to the truck. She came back with a bucket of paint, a crowbar, and a big-ass toolbox.

Kira grabbed the crowbar as Brit climbed on top of the car, smashing the bat down on the windshield. After five hits, it caved in. I was getting a little nervous. My woman was laughing while beating the shit out of this car, and she seemed so happy about it. Thor had said several times that Cara's crazy was contagious, and now I was starting to believe him.

“I want in too!” Madison said, running over to the toolbox.

Thor frowned. “Madison!” he shouted, admonishing her.

“Not now, honey. This is basically an at-home rage room. I’ve been wanting to go to one for months.”

“What could possibly have you so angry you would need a rage room?” he asked, perplexed. He quickly shut his mouth when Madison snapped her gaze at him, frowning.

We all watched as the Ol’ Ladies, along with Kira and Oscar, destroyed the car. With the music blaring in the background Cara and Sara stood off to the side with linked arms, skipping in circles.

I swear we didn’t need enemies to keep us on our toes. Our women would do that for the rest of our lives.

What a fuckin’ day.

Chapter Twenty-Four

BRITTNEY

“Oh my God. I still can’t believe I did that, but it was so much fun,” I said, laughing.

I was at Cara’s house with Bianca, Sara, and Sofia. We were just having a chill night drinking a glass of wine. We were still talking about what we did to Julian’s car the other night. Not going to lie, after everything that man had put me through, it felt damn good to destroy that car.
