But we never got bored.

The biggest challenge of the date was when he asked me what I wanted to eat. They had all kinds of trucks lined up with so many options. Everything from greasy fried stuff, to sandwiches, to street food from around the world, to really foo-foo over-the-top options that belonged at fine dining restaurants and not in the middle of a park.

There was too much happening, and the options overwhelmed me. “Help me?”

When he’d brought me lunch, he gave me options that I got to pick from. That made decisions so much easier for me. I wasn’t giving him total control, but it allowed us both to have a less stressful night.

“Sure, sweet boy.” He put his hand on my lower back. “How about we order from the pierogi truck or the grilled cheese truck or the nachos truck. What sounds best to you?”

They all sounded great, but not all of them sounded practical. Nachos were too messy and pierogies needed forks and a table to eat them. “Grilled cheese, please.”

“Done.”

Once we got to the truck, I read the thousand options and huffed in frustration.

Jason already knew what to do and offered me two suggestions. I ended up with dippers and tomato soup. Daddy Jason went with a fancy turkey-and-bacon sandwich. Both were delicious. We ate them on a park bench as we watched the river, with the sound of live music playing behind us.

Once our bellies were full, we walked around with his hand fully enveloping mine and enjoyed all the cool things the festival had to offer.

Our night was very different from the rave where we first met…or when we’d been at my place.

It was nice and ordinary. I liked that.

I had a couple Little friends, and once they’d found a Daddy, all their Daddy ever wanted was for them to be Little. They didn’t go on dates that weren’t at the club, and they didn’t do Big things like grabbing coffee.

Maybe that was perfect for them, but for me, this was what I needed… A blend of the two.

We would have stayed at the festival longer, but there were flashes of lightning in the distance and I didn’t want to get zapped. We decided to get out of there before the storm hit, and that was fine. I was ready to have Jason all to myself.

When he drove me home, I asked him to come in. I didn’t ask if he wanted coffee or to get out of the storm. I just said, “Come inside.”

And he did.

He wanted me to ask for what I wanted, and I was trying. But it wasn’t easy. The only reason I kept trying it was because of the proud smiles he gave me every time I told him what I needed.

He was such a Daddy.

From the very beginning, consent had been super important to him. So if I wanted things to go further physically, I knew I had to be very clear about my desires.

That wasn’t something I was used to. I usually let my dates make those kinds of moves. But with Jason, I wasn’t nervous or insecure about anything. I felt like I could ask him anything. “Can you kiss me, and keep kissing me…and stay all night…naked?”

He held back a chuckle then put his finger under my chin, lifting it slightly so my eyes met his. “Look at what a brave, sweet boy you are, asking me for what you want.”

He forgot to mention horny. I was a very horny boy. “It’s not brave when you feel safe.”

He must have liked that answer because his lips came in and brushed against mine.

I needed more, so I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer, deepening the kiss.

We stood there for a long time, just exploring each other’s mouths with our bodies pressed against each other. It could have been minutes or hours, but it didn’t matter. Time didn’t matter. Not when I needed more—so much more.

Daddy Jason liked me being brave, and so I asked for what I needed without hesitation. “Take me to bed.” I jumped up and wrapped my legs around him.

He chuckled against my mouth but started moving, taking us toward the bedroom—exactly where I wanted to be.

Jason lowered me to the edge of the bed and his hands moved down my body until they were at the hem of my shirt. Before he pulled it off, he looked me in the eyes. "You sure about this, sweetheart?" Daddy Jason kissed my neck, breathing warm air against my earlobe.

"I’m sure." I was sooo sure. A million times sure. I wanted nothing more than to feel him inside me. Stat. "Really, really sure."
