“I agree.”
My face reddened, and once again, I had to shy away from Shea’s gaze.
When we were together, he used to tell me how his favorite color on me was red. The ruby red dress I wore clung to my slim, thick frame. It stopped in the middle of my thighs, and the deep V-cut shape in the middle showed more than enough cleavage. My girls were sitting up just right, and I noticed Shea’s eyes kept dipping to them. It was a good thing my fabric was thick because my nipples pebbled when he licked those nude, full lips.
To distract myself, I called Elise to come take our shots. She entered the kitchen with Terrance hot on her heels. I shook my head as he snatched my phone up and walked off.
Elise handed me my shot with a hiked brow and a smirk.
“Stop looking at me like that.”
“Like what? Like I didn’t just see your ex-husband basically eye fuckin’ you through the camera? That man fell in love all over again, girl.”
I waved her off. “Whatever. Let’s take these shots so we can get out of here.”
“Mmm. Don’t be trying to deflect, Moya. We all see it.”
“Here we go.” I tossed my shot back without waiting for her and went to pour me another. “Don’t ruin the vibe with your nonsense. I’m here to have a good time with you and possibly find a new friend, not talk about my past.”
“Okay, okay. I hear you. Let’s toast to good vibes and, hopefully, good dick for you.”
“Aw, hell nah!” Terrance bellowed as he sauntered back into the kitchen. “I’m going to make your ass stay here if you keep encouraging that type of nonsense, Elise.”
“Terrance, take your ass on somewhere. Like Moya said earlier, she’s single and possibly ready to mingle.”
“Cheers to that!” I snickered and threw my shot back.
The sound of Shea expelling a heavy sigh was followed by him saying, “I’ll holla at you later, Tee.”
Elise mushed her lips together and side-eyed me as Terrance handed me my phone. From the way Shea hung up, I figured he was a little upset when he had no right to be. There might have still been love there, but what I said was true.
I was single. I had been for the last five years and so had he. Not only was Shea a sexual man, but he was extremely attractive. There was no way he hadn’t been with another woman since me, so why would he expect anything less from me?
We both had to keep living. We were human. We had specific needs.
It was just the way the cookie crumbled.

O'SHEA COLLIER
“Yes, O! Right there! Please, don’t stop.” Jess loudly moaned as I hit her from the back. The ripples in her ass had me mesmerized. Each thrust caused her vibration to bounce back on me. The sight alone was enough to make me bust, but I was a generous man. I wouldn’t stop until she got hers.
I reached with my left hand and pulled her up by the neck to where her body was against mine. My right hand snaked around her waist, finding her swollen pearl. Jess parted her legs just enough for me to keep delivering long, deep strokes while playing with her clit. Her walls contracted around my sheathed shaft seconds later. When her body trembled, I squeezed her neck harder and kissed behind her ear.
That sent her over the edge. The condom was creamy with her goodness as her moans echoed off the walls. I released shortly after her, making sure to pull out even though I was protected. I wasn’t taking any risks. Once the condom was filled, I went to the bathroom, took it off, and flushed it down the toilet.
“You taking a shower, or do you want me to grab you a washcloth?” I asked Jess.
“I know you need to get going, so I’ll take a washcloth.”
“Say less.”
After turning on the shower, I wet and lathered her a washcloth then took it in there to her. Jess’s auburn curls were wild all over her head. Her syrupy brown eyes swept over me as she took the washcloth, smirking.
“You know,” she started, wiping her center off. “If you didn’t need to leave, I could’ve gone another round.”
“Shit. I might get up with you later if you’re not busy.”
