This whole floor is dedicated to one room.

The Presidential Suite. Also known as the hotel room Skipper Deep is staying in.

I walk down the hallway from the elevator, and I see his bodyguard standing outside the door. He gives me a silent nod as I approach, recognizing me.

“Hi, Steve,” I greet.

“Hello, Miss Finn.”

“Is Skipper home?”

“He is,” Steve replies as he turns to knock on the door, but I quickly raise my hand over his, stopping him.

“I’d prefer to knock,” I say, smiling at the bodyguard. Steve nods back and lets me past. I’ve met him a few times in the last few weeks. I guess Skipper’s that big of a deal - or at least he thinks he is - to warrant a twenty-four-seven bodyguard.

I take in a deep breath and tap my fist on the hotel door.

It takes a moment for Skipper to open up. He doesn’t expect me here tonight. He thinks I’m decompressing after the exam earlier today, but I want to surprise him. I’ve never actually been to his hotel room, or more accurately, suite, before. And I’ve come especially dressed tonight. I’ve got a sexy black dress on. And no panties.

Oh, I’m really gonna give him a big shock.

The door swings open and there he is. The tall man. My heart still flutters when I see him.

And he’s standing there in his underpants, clearly assuming to be answering the door to only his bodyguard.

He clearly doesn’t expect to see me standing at his door with a skinny black dress on.

Clearly, I’m the last person he expects to open the door to.

“Jesus, Sandy, you scared me,” he says, eyes wide.

“Good. It’s time you felt something,” I reply. I step into his hotel room without waiting for him to invite me in. I keep strolling in until I’m standing in the middle of the living room and until I get a full view of the presidential suite. I sway my tight ass in my black skirt with every step to give Skipper something to look at as he closes the door. I deliberately don’t pay him any attention as I saunter in, I like to tease.

Wow, the presidential suite is massive. And what a view. You can see all of New Water laid out below in one big panoramic view from the presidential suite’s window. The horizon stretches on below until you can see the white beaches and the blue water. The sun is just dipping below the horizon, bathing the town in a beautiful red glare.

The room itself is decadent. Everything looks so expensive. I’ve been in some fancy places in my time as a daughter of a billionaire, but this is one of the best hotel suites I’ve ever been in. I can see the marble bathroom from here. The baby grand piano sitting invitingly in the living room. The massive TV screens. The private kitchen fit for a mansion. Everything is here to really scream out you’re a billionaire.

And Skipper Deep definitely is one. And proud of it.

Of course, he’s staying in this room. A place fit for a king, that’s what Skipper sees himself as.

But right now, he’s looking a bit embarrassed. He didn’t expect to see me. He didn’t expect to open the door to me in just his underpants.

He’s flustered.

And I like it.

“Wait there while I change,” he mutters, face red.

“Aw, I like what you’re wearing,” I reply as he scrambles towards the bedroom. “Keep it on.”

“Help yourself to a drink,” he shouts as he ducks into the master bedroom. I smile and follow him inside. He’s trying to put on a suit when I stroll up to him and place a finger on his lips.

“Don’t bother getting changed, you’ll only be getting out of it in a moment,” I say, leaning forward to kiss him tenderly on the mouth. He kisses back. His hands reach around my back to help take off my dress, but no.

Not this time.

“This time I’m in control,” I whisper between kisses.
