He grunts and the next thing I know I hear nothing. Removing my phone from my ear I see the fucker hung up on me.

“Rude.” I mumble before I make the second call I wanted to make.

‘You do know that I just left the hospital right. It didn’t seem like I was going to get any time with my nephew since her family was there. What could you possibly need?”

“Cannon, I need to talk to you, Dominic and Isabella. It’s about the Bellandi’s.”

He is silent for a minute before he clears his throat.

“When?”

“Well not right this second and maybe not today. Liza is being released from the hospital and I have to get her and the boys comfortable at my house.”

“Wait, she’s actually moving in with you? I thought that was very wishful thinking on your part.”

“Yeah well, I’ve got the boys to thank for her accepting it. I’ll explain everything later. Maybe you can meet me at the house when everybody goes to bed. I’m sure I’m going to be up with Jaxon.”

“Alright, we will stop by. Did you get the answers you needed?”

“Yeah, the shit that Glitch gave me. She’s going to have to tell me her story at some point. Eventually she’s going to have to trust me. I’m not letting her go again.”

“Well from what I know about Liza, you’re in for a long hall.” He chuckles on the other end of the line. “Text me when you want us to head over. Plus it’ll be nice to see my new nephew since everyone has been hogging him.”

We hang up and I turn back towards Liza rooms, ready to take my family home.

Chapter Ten

Dragon

Walking into my home carrying the infant seat with Liza and the boys going in before me. By boys I mean all her damn fucking brothers came with us. They wanted to see where their sister would be living. They plan on staying here for about two weeks. Which I mean is great for Liza, they are going to be staying at her old place. Glitch told her that he was going to leave the house in her name and that way she can use it how she wants. Maybe even rent it out. All I know is she and the boys are living with me from here on out. I was not giving her up no matter how hard she was going to fight me on it. I’m a fighter, I’ve taken hits. I can take whatever she plans to dish out because I deserve it.

Seeing her here with the boys in my home gives me a sense of hope that I haven’t had in awhile. Since mama died and I pushed away the other woman that means more to me than I ever thought possible. I walk in after everyone heads to my living room and I place Jaxon’s carseat down.

“Can I see Cane? Pwease ! I wants to hold ‘im.” Waylon says as he hovers behind me.

“Yeah buddy, go sit on the couch. I’ll bring him over there for you.”

He turns and runs towards the couch. I have a nice chunk of seating in my living room because I have such a huge family. They usually aren’t all here at once though. We usually congregate at mama and pop’s. However, lately it has either been Terror’s or Lash’s house we have been at. Liza is sitting on my recliner making herself at home and I can’t help, but smirk. That used to be our favorite place to cuddle up whenever she was over here. In fact, I have some real solid memories of her riding me in that chair.

Trying to focus on anything else, but my woman and her sweet as fuck pussy, I get back to unbuckling my baby boy so one of his big brothers can hold him.

“This is a nice set up you got here, Dragon. All you boys got places like this? I can’t imagine with a club as big as the one you’ve got that there is enough land for all of you to have houses on the property.” Wick or as Liza knows him, Beau asks.

Picking up Jaxon in my arms I turn back and head to the couch to sit with Waylon so he can hold Jaxon.

“Not all of us have property on the compound. I mean we have a decent enough amount of land so that most of us could build on the property if we wanted. My grandpa bought a few farms with a lot of acres when he and his buddies started the club. All the council members have a house and property with it, except for Whip.” I tell him as I sit down next to Waylon and put the pillow on his lap. Making sure I am sitting next to him and holding Jaxon’s head. “He did have a house, but he moved to Briarfield with his family so that’s available for any brother who wants it. We have a system where when a brother has been patched in for a couple of years, if they want to build a house on club land they bring it to the table. They pay for their piece of the property and to have the house built. We basically pick which parcel of the land we want to build on and how much land we want. I made sure to have enough property to have the size house I wanted, the garage and workshop over a ways. I also wanted to make sure that my house was close to my parents’ and Twister’s. The two of us don’t do a whole lot of shit without the other one.”

“I see that, but I know that’s a twin thing. We have a set of multiples in our family too. Triplets, Cade here is one of them.”

I smile over at Cade, “That’s awesome. Gotta love a set of multiples. I’ve got quite a few in my family. Some people think it is crazy the amount of babies my family has. I think Sophie and Lash are trying to singlehandedly make sure Devil’s Chaos has another generation.” I chuckle.

“They’re on like what, eight babies now? Your pops was telling us when he came by the clubhouse on his way to California. Just had a set of twins and then Peyton had the triplets. He had so many damn baby pictures with him and was showing them off like a proud papa. I’m sure it is difficult for him, not being able to be here for Jaxon.”

I nod my head and look back at Waylon and Jaxon when I hear a phone click, the sound of taking a picture and I look up to see Liza holding her phone up giving a sly smile.

“Waylon, buddy, look up and smile for your mama.”

The both of us smile for her and she snaps a couple of more photos.
