“You didn’t have to—”

“I wanted to.” He reaches over his desk and pulls up a black backpack. “I didn’t wrap it or anything, but I got this for you.” He flushes, his lightly tanned skin turning pink as he holds out the gift.

I take the backpack into my hands, resting it in my lap. My eyes catch on a patch toward the top of the back, and I gasp as my hand flies to my lips.

“Reed.”

My hand traces the circular bundle of threads. Midnight Wolves Old Lady text on a gray background with a drawing of a wolf under it.

“You are my scent match, my bonded mate, and my old lady, Esper. I love you, my Pack, and my MC. I couldn’t do this without us being together, becoming one, and I’ll spend the rest of my life loving the ground you walk on for saving me from myself.

“Esper Malent, will you be my Old Lady and live this MC life by my side?”

“Of course, Reed,” I say as I launch myself into his arms and smother him in a kiss. Soft buttery lips kiss me back, his hands grasping my back as I grab the sides of his head. His soft blond hair in my hands.

“I love you too,” I whisper between us, breaking our kiss. I slide down his body and grab his tattooed hand, bringing it up to my lips.

His face glows with happiness. “There’s one more thing.”

I scrunch my brows. He simply nods toward the bag again. I open it, finding a pile of paper at the bottom. Pulling them out, I scan the writing. Then I do it again before my wide shocked eyes meet his.

“No way…”

“Yes way, Princess.”

“You got me plane tickets!”

Casual as anything, Reed shrugs. “I think it's about time we meet the Malent Pack.”

My smile couldn’t be wiped off my face with an industrial-strength sander. My checks burn as I slam my lips to Reed's again. Gosh, how did I get such a perfect damn omega?

“What I’d miss?” Asher’s voice penetrates our little bubble and I smirk at Reed who scrunches his brows at me.

I turn to see Asher plop into the other velvet chair, his legs wide and inviting, but I resist. It’s finally time to claim what's mine, ours, and nothing is gonna stop us this time.

“So, Old Man, we have some unfinished business,” I say, and both Asher and Reed raise their eyebrows. I uncurl myself from my chair. My hand traces up his arm as I move closer. Both my hands rest on Asher's thick corded shoulders. They snake under his shirt. Over his tight pecs. My omega purrs as his pomegranate scent blooms in the air.

I pull his shirt down by its neckline. His smooth skin calls to my aching teeth.

“Something’s missing here, don't you think?”

“I agree,” Reed says, coming closer to us. Asher’s pulse quickens under my touch.

“I mean, if you’re both ready—”

“We are,” I say, lightly nipping at his ear. “Are you?”

“Absolutely, Moonlight.” His voice is airy, and I nod, bringing my lips to his. His lips are different from Reed’s and yet I need them both, now, constantly.

His tongue pushes through my lips, playing with mine as I slide my hands down the front of his chest.

“Seems like things won’t get done if I leave it up to you two.” Reed’s voice is deep and grumbly as I open my eyes to watch him. His eyes are dark, a tent in his pants I want to soothe. I giggle. Pulling Asher’s shirt up as I lean back from our alpha.

“Where are our bites gonna go?” I say innocently.

Who says you only need to bite once? Asher’s muscled chest and creamy light brown skin calls for me to bite him everywhere.

“Hmm… Princess.” Reed shoves Asher’s legs wider so he can fit between them. His sharp gaze is on Asher. Asher’s chest rising and falling with each breath, his heady gaze on Reed. “How about we play a little game?”
