The teacher’s eyes bulged before he thanked me, then ran toward the ruckus.

I left, promising myself I would someday, somehow, see the magical one dance again.

Back in my hotel room, Kirill, Adrian, and I did research on the man Reether believed was his father: Ted Jones. Being forced to leave the fire dancer, I was already annoyed. Then I learned more bad news. “He’s a fucking lawyer.” Kirill and Adrian watched as I slammed my laptop shut and rolled my hotel chair backward. “He’s the one making the false birth certificates.” I picked up my cell and tapped a phone number on the screen.

Harold answered, “What?”

Not appreciating his attitude, I coldly replied, “Ted Jones.”

Silence…

“I see. How is he ‘enjoying’ your slave? Apparently, she fucks him well enough to have a son.” That was a lie he had yet to learn.

Silence…

“Since she is my property, it means her son is also mine.” My self-control slipped away right before I screamed, “And I will be collecting!” Click! I stood, smoothing out my blazer. “Let’s see how fast Mr. Ted Jones can squirm. Shall we?” I knew Harold would be calling him with a warning.

Back in the SUV, Adrian was driving, and Kirill was in the front passenger seat showing me pictures on his cell. “Look, Yury. See how tight she is?”

Staring at his stripper’s pussy, I said, “What are you doing with her?” I hadn’t meant it in the literal sense, but Kirill carried on to show me another picture. This time, it was a close-up of himself being inserted inside her. I shook my head and sat back in my seat. I couldn’t help but wonder what my little Fire would look like naked while her body stretched and danced. I rubbed the back of my neck when I thought about how angry my father would be if I brought his curse back home, along with Reether.

Kirill snickered, “I have the answer to your question, Little Yury.”

Apparently, Ted Jones was a fast mover. Tailing his car loaded with my pet and her son, we followed them to another house. We kept a good distance away, to stay undetected, as Reether rushed from the barely stopped car to hug a blonde waiting in a driveway.

As Reether picked the young woman up and swung her around, Kirill snapped yet another round of pictures. “I’d fuck that.”

The girl appeared to be Reether’s age and madly in love with him, the way she smiled at him then kissed him, mouthing ‘I love you.’

While Adrian teased Kirill for being willing to “fuck anything with two legs, or even one,” I knew I had found my sweet revenge for Mr. Jones running away with my property. It was time he learned a lesson about with whom he was dealing.

As I said, money is power. And I had lots of it. Money was what it took to have Reether’s little blonde girlfriend disappear in a deadly car accident.

After hearing of the murdering of an innocent, my father sent two more men to ‘help’ me clean up his Seafoam curse. I was annoyed and felt disrespected but acted unaffected by his lack of confidence.

Mr. Summers refused to answer any of my calls to discuss the wanted document. His only response was from a burner phone in text form, claiming: What you want is inside the house. I thought again about no cameras and the fake security system, a clear invitation to enter, but couldn’t help but feel he was setting me up for a fall. I wasn’t willing to take the bait quite yet, so I thought one more threat was needed to see if I could force him to react accordingly; give me what I wanted.

Alone in my hotel room, I peered at my vibrating cellphone. I recognized Crash’s cell number, so I answered, “Hello?”

“Tell me you had nothing to do with his girlfriend’s death.”

“I thought you didn’t appreciate lies. How is our little dancer?”

Silence…

“I figured out who Whitney is to you, and you can’t have her back.”

I wanted Whitney. Crash’s demand pissed me off. “Then get me the fucking certificate!”

“Her father is an asshole!”

I tried to calm myself. “Finally, something we agree on.”

His voice sounded strained when he said, “Please, Yury. This girl… She… I need her, man.”
