I look up.
My eyes first land on his lips and his teeth, which are grazing the plump lower lip as he gazes down at me. I swallow hard and try to avert my attention to his eyes. Those dark green orbs are mesmerizing as I stare up into this man. My body is ripe with impulsive energy, but his smoldering stare grounds me. I’m like a woman paralyzed. I can’t move, but I can feel deep within my soul.
Feel his heart racing against my palm that’s resting against his neck.
Feel his breath, gentle on my skin as his mouth parts.
Feel his groin, thick and heavy as it flinches beneath his jeans, making my breath hitch.
Our bodies glide in sync. Nic brings his forehead to mine, and his other hand drops to my hip, high enough not to be seductive, but lower than friends normally would.
He pulls me in.
Our bodies are one as my knee slides between his legs, and we gel together, my core pressing dangerously close to his thigh. He moves, and I inhale at the sensation that courses through me. He does it again, and I arch my back to further the feeling.
I allow my hands to drift from his neck and onto his chest, letting my palms feel the pleasure every ridge and hard muscle of his perfectly sculpted physique. His heart beats against my hands as his chest rises.
There’s a deep need in me to let my hands drift lower, so I let them roam north, into his hair and up his scalp.
He grins as his fingers dig into my skin, and he moves his thigh, causing me to pull on the ends of his hair. I let out a gasp.
“Are you enjoying yourself?” he asks in a husky tone.
I am. God, I’m loving the way it feels to be in Nic’s arms and how his body sends ripples of pleasure through mine. It’s so powerful that my head is light, my belly flutters, and if I don’t stop now, I’ll lose all inhibitions in the most unladylike way.
I pull back slightly. The smirk on Nic’s face is a dead giveaway to his impish thoughts.
He laughs lightly, and I squint my eyes at him.
“You’re trouble, Nicolás Antonio Santiago.”
“That’s not fair. I don’t know your full name.”
“Why do you need it?”
“So, I can scold you.”
“For what?”
“For making a Belieber out of me.” He chuckles as he steps back and away from my hold.
I hit him in the arm, and it stings my hand a little.
He takes it and kisses it lightly. “More drinks?”
I give him a scowl that doesn’t last long because I just end up laughing. “Yes. Many. And after the concert, you’re buying!”
