“But ye said Lanercost was so important to ye,” blurted out Cam.

“Nothin’ is more important than family. Yvaine, I hope ye can forgive me for the way I acted toward ye.”

“I forgive ye, Brathair,” Yvaine told him. “However, I think it is Cam’s forgiveness ye should be askin’ for.”

“Cam?” said the monk, holding out his hand. Cam looked over to Yvaine and she was smiling and nodding.

“No hard feelin’s.” Cam shook the man’s hand.

“Now, can I be the first to welcome ye into our family?” asked Gillies.

“What’s this?” Storm looked up in surprise.

“Yvaine and I are gettin’ married,” said Cam. “We’re goin’ to raise my daughter, Avianca, together.”

“Yay!” cried Avianca, breaking away from Davita, running and hugging both Cam and Yvaine. “I want Yvaine to be my new mathair.”

“Will ye marry us, right here. Right now?” Cam asked Storm, unable to wait to start his new life with Yvaine.

“Slow down, Cam,” laughed Yvaine. “If the MacKeefes are kind enough to let us get married here, I think we should post the banns for three days as is proper.”

“Oh, I agree,” said Storm’s wife, breaking through the crowd. “We want this to be a special wedding and there are many plans to be made.”

“Then in three days it is,” said Storm, making it final. “But if this keeps up, I swear this castle is goin’ to be called a church before long.”
