Reka

Ash carried her to bed as if she didn’t weigh anything.

Reka was a runner—she knew she was solid. But he was so strong. So incredibly strong. And his strength should have scared her except, somehow, this man had become synonymous with safety in her mind. Safety and sexiness in a single package.

She sat up and pulled off his shirt. The bruising along his chest and shoulders had turned mostly purple now. And there were older scars, too, on his chest, to match the one across his eye. This man hadn’t had an easy life.

She ran a finger lightly across the bruising.

“Does this hurt?”

“The bruises don’t hurt,” he said.

She looked down to where his hard-on strained against his jeans.

“How about this, then?” she asked, undoing the buttons one by one and lowering his jeans and boxer shorts to reveal a very sizable—worryingly sizable, perhaps, though perfectly proportioned with the rest of his body—erection.

He stepped out of the clothes. A low growl escaped his throat.

“God, the way you’re looking at me, Re. I want to—“

“You want to what?” she asked.

He shook his head, seemed somehow reluctant to go further, so she pulled off her own top and the leggings. He watched with hooded eyes as she arched her back to remove her bra.

His hands came out to lift her breasts, as if weighing them carefully, one in each palm. “You’re so fucking beautiful,” he let out on a ragged breath. “I shouldn’t even be touching you.”

“It’s okay. We’re not doing anything wrong,” she said. A sudden thought struck her, for why he might be so hesitant, when it was obvious he desired her. “I’m single. You’re single … right?”

“Yes. God, yes.”

“Okay. Good,” she said, worrying her lower lip with her teeth.

She pulled off her panties. For the first time, they were both completely naked.

“You’re killing me, Reka.”

“Not yet,” she whispered, loving how powerful this strong man made her feel.

She pushed him back onto the bed and lay over him, kissing and licking down his body. She got all the way to his six-pack before he growled. His arms reached over and pulled her up, towards the head of the bed. She held on to the headboard for balance.

“Hey, I was going to—“

“Hold yourself there. Right there,” he said. She looked down to find his face right under her pussy.

God.

He can’t be serious.

His hands held onto her hips, and he lowered her slowly onto his face.

He is serious.

“Wait, Ash, I—“

He stopped, those powerful hands holding her body in place.

“Reka,” he said, “if you want me to stop, tell me.”
