"What are you doing?" she pants, her voice reduced to a breath.

My hand is completely hidden beneath the hem now. The cold velvet on the outside clashes with the feverish heat pooled between her legs. I grip her bare thigh, slowly sliding up the inside, and I revel in it—I physically revel in feeling how soft and smooth her skin is beneath my fingertips.

Fuck. Yeah. I am obsessed with this woman.

"Easy," I murmur against her temple, pressing myself even tighter against her, trapping her against the piano. "No one can see us. I'm blocking you."

Her eyes dart around the room over my shoulder. I already know what she's seeing, because I mapped the room myself a minute ago. Susan and that asshole Emerson have moved over by the large wooden bookcase, too far away and too drunk to pay any attention to us. Carolina and the twins have vanished into thin air. The rest of the group is busy with some drinking game.

No one is paying the slightest bit of attention to us.

"And... what about the cameras?" she whispers, her lips brushing my neck.

"There's only one on the molding, way up high," I reassure her, grazing her ear with my nose. "I wasn't kidding, Selly. I don't want anyone else seeing you naked."

Selene's breath hitches sharply when my fingers, tracking up her inner thigh, slip past the skimpy lace of her panties and almost reach her core. I can feel the heat pulsing off her.

"Tell me, little Selly..." I rasp, licking my dry lips. "Am I going to find you wet for me?"

I don't even have time to brush her center. A thick, slick, burning-hot rush of wetness coats my knuckles. I haven't even slipped inside her opening yet; my fingers are just resting against her swollen petals, but she's already dripping for me.

Fuck, she's so sexy.

A groan of pure pleasure slips out of me.

"I knew it," I murmur, my breathing heavy. "I knew you wanted me, too."

Selene arches her neck, closing her eyes for a second.

"No one... no one said it was for you," she stammers.

My hand stops dead.

"Oh, no?" I murmur. "Who the hell is it for, then?"

"There are... there are a lot of people in this room, Willers. You said yourself that Emerson was looking at me."

I clench my jaw. My teeth grind together.

I try to repress a growl rising straight from my gut, but a dark sound escapes me anyway. I'm usually not the type to pick a fight. In fact, I never have been my entire life. But earlier, I came really, terrifyingly close to throwing a punch.

Then again... I don't usually drool this pathetically over people, either. Possessive thoughts aren't exactly my thing.

Until... Selene.

And that terrifies me.

But... I can't stay away from her.

She's magnetic.

Different.

I am incredibly attracted to her—and not just sexually, as a person.

She has a personality that draws me to her like the most powerful magnet.

I move my hand under her dress.
