“I wanted to feel you come around me, Sage. But I’m greedy. I want to feel you again, feel you clamp around me as I come inside you.” His mouth was filthy as it brushed against hers, and Sage nodded, entranced.
Soren growled, twisting his hand in Sage’s hair and pulling her head to his, crushing her lips against his as he thrust into her at a bruising pace. Sage felt herself rising to that crest again, one she hadn’t really left.
Her breathy whines turned into an open-mouthed cry as Soren pressed a hand down on her lower abdomen. It made Soren feel bigger insider her, made him slide right against that perfect fucking spot inside her. She cried into his mouth as she broke apart in his arms. He growled in answer, his hips stuttering against hers. And just like he wanted, she clamped down around him as he spilled himself inside her, nudging his hips against her as they chased the last remnants of pleasure.
When they finally stilled, their breaths fogging the air around them, Sage had no words.
The sheen of sweat across them began to turn to frost.
“Heavens above...” Soren breathed, dropping his forehead to the top of hers.
Sage really didn’t have the energy to come up with something to say. All she could do was breathe. And feel.
But the frost turned biting when paired with the air around them. “Watch the frost,” she managed to say.
“What? Oh,” Soren said, and lifted up. With just a brush of a fingertip against her nipple, the frost began to melt across her skin.
She arched a brow. “Is that the magic button?”
His lips twitched, and he lowered them to hers, letting her taste the smile straight from the source.
He was so warm against her, and Sage could have stayed in the moment forever, snow be damned. She curled her fingers into his fur.
Soren deepened the kiss, and as they shifted, she felt him still inside her.
They both paused.
“Unless you want to go for a round two right here in the snow and probably freeze to death, I should get us back to the cabin,” he mumbled against her lips, slowly withdrawing himself.
Sage considered it for a moment, but as he raised himself off of her and the mountain air blasted against her exposed skin, she agreed with him.
“How fast can you run?” she asked.
