Lust.

Need.

Happiness.

But above all, there’s love.

I release his mouth, needing air, my eyes never leaving his.

“Mae,” he growls. “My Mae.”

“Yours,” I breathe.

“Hold on.”

He flips us then, rolling me so he’s on top, and I wrap my legs around his hips. He grips my hands, twirling them through his, and pushes them down on the mountain of pillows around my head.

“Remember,” he grunts, “be quiet.”

I bite down on my lip and nod.

Then he rides me, fucking me hard and quick, and I watch us where we’re joined for as long as I can. His hips piston, he releases one of my hands to pull my leg higher and into his side, then jams his fist into the mattress next to my head. His fingers caress my face. I turn my head and kiss his wrist, admiring the way his muscles flex and bunch as he takes me. When the bite of pain mingles with our lust, I can’t hold back anymore.

I push my head back and gasp.

“You there?” he grunts.

I whimper.

“Yeah… you’re there.”

He smiles wickedly, slants his head and takes my mouth, his tongue as ferocious as his cock. Then it hits me, and I scream into his mouth when the waves roll over me, making stars burst beneath my half-open eyes.

Aidan groans inside me, then buries himself to the hilt, and as my body convulses, I relish the warmth of his cum as he empties himself. I clamp down on him, just a little bit, which earns me a tantalising shudder from him. He moves his mouth, ending our kiss, only to trail his mouth down my cheeks, nibbling and sucking on my neck in lazy patterns. He sighs, the rush of air skittering across my heated skin.

“Even when I wake her up, aching for her, it doesn’t take me long, and she burns like wildfire…incredible.”

His praise sends delicious shivers down my spine, and I hug him to me with my arms and legs, loving that he always stays inside me after our lovemaking. I run my hands all over his back, as far as I can reach, needing to show him how much I love to touch him.

I turn my head to whisper into his ear. “Good morning.”

He squeezes me once. “Good morning, sweetheart.”

He presses a kiss to my collarbone and raises his head. As his burning eyes wander over my face, I watch his warm eyes, wondering for the millionth time how I got so lucky.

“That was one beautiful way to wake up, honey.” I keep my voice low and soft. “I love you.”

I didn’t think it would be possible, but his eyes shine even brighter. “I love you, too.”

I sigh deeply and wet my lips, roaming his face. “I could stay like this all day.”

He grins, pressing his hips into me one more time, before he kisses my nose. “As much as I’d love that, too, we can’t. Not when it’s Christmas morning, and if I know my daughter, she’ll come knocking in about five minutes.”

I giggle. “Then we’d better get decent.”

I press into him again and start to push up, only he stays where he is, staring at me. “Aidan?”

“I think I belonged to you the moment I saw you.”
