“That’s better. Relax, let me have you.”
“Holy shit. How?”
“How do you relax?”
That was a good question, but not quite right. “How do you know what to say to drive me crazy?”
Caleb laughed. “It’s not that hard to read you.”
“Most people can’t.”
“Well, I can.” He used a hand on the back of Rhys’s neck to pin him down, forcing him against the mattress, as he pulled out and thrust in harder and deeper.
“More,” Rhys demanded.
“There’s plenty more, but we’re taking things slow.”
“No. I can’t.”
Caleb groaned. “I love how desperate you are.”
“I’m not…”
“Yes, you are.” Caleb gave him another slow, deliberate stroke, still holding him down.
Rhys would have panicked at being restrained by most people, but somehow, even though they didn’t know each other that well, he trusted Caleb. He’d never doubted that he could. “Stop teasing me.”
“Do you like it hard and rough?”
Rhys really didn’t want to answer that.
“Tell me.”
“Yes. Fuck, yes.”
Caleb drove into him, making him cry out. He didn’t slow down. He just kept slamming his hips against Rhys again and again.
Rhys wondered if Caleb was going to tear him apart literally and figuratively. He felt so damn full and so detached from reality. He clung to Caleb to make sure he stayed right there on Caleb’s bed, in the moment. He’d never felt like this. Never even come close.
Caleb gripped his hips, tilting them up so his cock rubbed against Rhys’s prostate. It was more sensation than Rhys thought he could survive. “Please.”
“Come for me,” Caleb demanded.
Rhys was already close, but Caleb’s words were enough to push him over the edge. He gasped as hot, nearly painful pleasure coursed through him. Seconds later, Caleb drove deep and shuddered as he came deep inside Rhys.
Caleb kissed him again, prolonging the moment of bliss. Then slowly, he pulled out of Rhys’s body and rolled over onto his back.
They both lay there, staring at the ceiling. As Rhys came down from the high of orgasm, questions began to flood his mind. What was he doing here when he knew better? Why did he feel so much for Caleb so quickly? Panic began to rise until his mind was screaming for him to go. “I want to run again.”
“Take some deep breaths. I’m right here. I won’t touch you if you’d rather I—”
“No.” Rhys grabbed his hand and squeezed it. “I… I need you to stay. I… I’m just scared.”
Caleb brushed Rhys’s hair off his forehead and gently kissed his cheek. “I won’t go anywhere. I’ll stay right here.”
A few moments later, Rhys’s panic had eased. He released Caleb’s hand and sat up. “I should probably go.”
Caleb studied him for a moment. “Are you sure? You can stay as long as you need to.”
