“Thanks, bye.”

Blake hung up and messaged Shiloh that Alpha Blackwell had been informed they were coming.

Shiloh messaged straight back.

Thanks. Marius and his team are almost ready to leave. I’ll message you when they return.

Blake walked back to the BBQ and found Frederick with his group.

“At least Shiloh had time to get a team there,” Frederick said by way of a greeting.

“Thank goodness Jason decided to leave the BBQ early and listen to the recordings,” Blake replied. He looked at Maletayah and Jaxton. “I would like you both to join in the meetings with the Generals, Frederick and Shiloh. You might both have ideas that none of us thinks about.”

“I can do that,” Jaxton said.

“As can I. I can bring more of my angels here. Somehow I don’t think just twenty of us will be enough,” Maletayah suggested.

Blake nodded. “I think that would be wise, thank you.”

“I can send more demons as well. I can also send some hell hounds. They can shift into human form.”

Frederick stared at his mate. “They can?”

Hades laughed. “Did I forget to mention that?”

Frederick laughed. “Yep.”

“Thank you, Hades. That would be much appreciated. Frederick, as your consort, will be their leader, but I would like Jaxton to be his second. Is that alright with the three of you?”

Jaxton looked shocked.

“I’m good with that,” Frederick said. “Jaxton?”

“I accept, of course I do, thank you,” the demon replied.

“That’s fine with me as well,” Hades added.

“Excellent. Who knows, we might get lucky and Barnabus is killed today,” Blake said almost wistfully.

“We can hope,” Frederick replied.

Shiloh looked at Marius and his team. “Alpha Blackwell is expecting you all. I’ve sent you all the address. Be careful and see you all when you get back.”

Marius nodded. “You will, Commander.” He looked at one of his dragon teammates. “Can you take us, Austin?”

He nodded, looked at the address. “Let’s go.” And with that, the team vanished and reappeared outside a large house with people rushing around.

A large man ran over to them.

“Thank you for coming. I’m Alpha Blackwell. When the king said he was sending a mixed group, I wasn’t expecting one this diverse.”

“Our three kings are encouraging more groups to mix. Indeed, our three kings all live on the same estate. I’m Marius, by the way. Where do you want us?”

“Our children and older pack members are being taken to our pack hall,” The Alpha said. “Can one of you protect the hall? I already have a wolf guarding them inside.”

Marius nodded. “Barnaby, can you guard the hall?”

Barnaby nodded. “I can,” he said, looking at Blackwell. “Where is the hall?”
