“Only for you, daddy,” she said breathlessly.
Those words.
Fuck.
Those words had me ready to nut instantly. But I refused to come until she got hers. I increased my strokes, our bodies smacking together loudly. Indie’s moans got louder.
“Come for me,” I commanded. “I need to feel that pussy squeeze my dick.”
She came hard almost immediately, her whole body shaking, and I could feel her pussy throbbing around my dick. I followed right behind her, groaning as I released inside her. I held her, still inside her, and pressed my forehead to hers.
I almost said it.
The three words that could accurately describe what I was feeling.
I love you.
But I stopped myself. Because I wasn’t ready to accept it yet. I wasn’t ready to admit out loud that I’d fallen for this woman and that she owned me just as much as I owned her.
Indie looked at me, her eyes searching mine. Like she felt the same way. Like she knew what I was thinking. But I could’ve just been seeing what I wanted to see.
I lowered her to the ground, and we both fixed our clothes. Indie was still trying to catch her breath, her cheeks flushed.
“I want to work on a sketch,” she said, looking around the room. “Start putting this space to use.”
I nodded. “You getting straight to it, huh? Go do your thing then, baby.”
I kissed her one more time, then left her to enjoy her new design room.
As I walked down the hall, I couldn’t help but wonder how the fuck Indie had me wrapped around her finger like this.
How she’d managed to break through the walls I’d spent years building. How she’d made me feel things I’d never felt before.
I didn’t have the answers. But I was already in too deep to ever let her go.
Chapter 16
Indie
The days at the estate were flying by now that I had my design room.
I’d been spending most of my time holed up in there, sketching, sewing, creating. Losing myself in the work I’d always dreamed of doing but never had time for. I’d already made a couple of dresses and some matching sets; a crop top with high-waisted pants, another with shorts, and one with a mini skirt. All custom pieces that I’d designed from scratch.
Stone was impressed by my work.
He’d come into the room a few times over the past week, watching me silently as I worked. Then he’d walk over, look at what I’d made, and tell me it was fire.
It made me feel good. Made me feel seen in a way I hadn’t felt in years.
Now that I had the design room, it didn’t piss me off as much when Stone had to stay in LA overnight for business. Don’t get me wrong, I still missed him when he was gone. But the design room made up for it. Gave me something to focus on besides waiting for him to come back.
Today was a Saturday, and Aurora would be coming over for a barbecue, along with a few of Stone’s friends who I’d never met.
I was looking forward to mingling tonight. Looking forward to feeling like a normal couple. I paused mid-thought, realizing what I’d just said to myself.
A normal couple.
I’d just thought of myself and Stone as a couple. But that’s what we were, weren’t we?
