Josias and I changed subjects, talking for hours about random shit which was nice.

We didn’t discuss us, a relationship, or his despicable father anymore. We just chilled, like two friends, which I enjoyed, until we both ended up passing out on his large ass sofa.

MIAMI, FLORIDA . . .

About a month ago, the group planned to go on a trip to Miami, booking and paying for everything we’d need and planned to do. I assumed the trip would be off the table after Talid’s seizure since he and Shardaya were a part of the trip, but I was wrong.

While Shardaya and Talid weren’t in attendance, despite the latter feeling better, they basically made everyone else go. I thought it would be a drag going on vacation while she sat at home, but so far, it’d been fun, and she’d been keeping us updated on Talid’s constant and blessed progression.

Dr. Conrad was a literal genius, but I wouldn’t say that in front of Daylin since their relationship appeared to be sort of on and off.

“My tan is about to be off the chain,” Téa said as she, Daylin, and I lay out under the large cabana on the beach.

“Girl. Accept being a light bright,” I said, causing Daylin and Téa to giggle.

“I am. I just don’t need to be pale. Okay?” She smiled, shifting her shades.

“This trip has been amazing, and I’m mad we leave in a couple days.” Daylin sighed.

“I bet. Your ass has been getting fucked this whole time,” I said jealously since I had to bring my toy along.

I was beyond horny because I had stopped fucking Josias a while ago and wasn’t ready to go there with Darron, so I had no choice but to make myself cum. So while Daylin and Téa, too, most likely were bouncing on hard dicks, I had to settle for a little clit stimulation. The orgasms were great, but it paled in comparison to a nice, long, fat dick, . . . preferably the one Josias carried between his legs.

Speaking of him, I watched as he conversed with his brother and Mylo, looking fine as ever as he stood shirtless and in a pair of swim trunks. Several scantily clad women had bypassed the group, engaging with him since I was sure Rakim mentioned Daylin, and Mylo was too quiet and uninterested due to Téa.

“Yes I have. Fucked while sober, fucked while drunk, it’s been amazing. If I wasn’t already pregnant, I surely would be now.” Daylin smiled, and I could tell she was in heaven, which I loved to see. All pregnant women should feel that much joy while creating life.

None of us were shocked when she sent the sonogram photo in group text, because she and Rakim were always all over each other. I’d never seen the oldest Godfrey brother in that element before, so I knew she was special to him.

“Excuse me, ladies.” A trio of men approached, and they didn’t look bad at all. A little corny since they all wore two watches a piece, but still cute.

“Hey,” I said, seeing how uncomfortable Daylin was. While Rakim was coolheaded, he was crazy and violent, too, according to Josias.

Téa acted as if they weren’t there, or that she was asleep, and judging by the big ass belly she was sporting, I doubted they were checking for her anyway, but you never knew.

“How y’all two doing?” the dark-skinned one asked, eyes on Daylin and me, confirming my suspicions that they weren’t exactly looking for a visibly pregnant chick to get into something with.

Before either of us could say a word, Rakim was already standing here saying, “That one right there, I’m willing to die or murder ’bout. You on the same shit?” His brows lifted. “You? You?” he asked the other friends hanging behind him. When they kept silent, he removed the gun on his hip, making them speak up.

“Nah, bruh. We ain’t even know—”

“Yeah, aight, nigga. Keep it moving.” Josias chimed in.

The men did as they were told as Mylo sat beside Téa, kissing her belly and causing her to simper.

“Wow.” I laughed.

“Fuck is so funny, Kasia?” Josias snapped me out of my chuckling as Rakim took a seat, pulling Daylin into his lap and with a kiss.

“That, nigga! What is your problem?” I frowned up at him. He’d been cordial since we got here a couple days ago, so I didn’t get this animosity he currently had.

“You! You always think shit is a fucking game!” he barked, still speaking in code.

“Okay. No.” I stood.

“Kasia, don’t leave!” Daylin pleaded.
