I feel like I’m shaking apart, my muscles squeezing around him as his hips slap against mine. The room fills with soundsof slick fucking, embarrassing and loud and filthy. I can’t get enough of it.

His hands come down to my hips, where he has even more leverage, and he fucks into me even harder, my ass stinging from how hard his skin slaps against mine with each thrust.

I moan as his dick gets better at pushing against my prostate, targeting it with a level of precision almost up there with his fingers. But this is better, feeling him like this, working his way in and out of me in sloppy, desperate thrusts, because I can feel him coming apart just like I am.

We’re closer than we’ve ever been, and I’ve never been happier.

The glow is blinding, filling the room with more light than if all the lights were turned on. I close my eyes but can still see it even behind my eyelids, so I burrow my head against my arm, mouth open and gasping as I feel myself boiling over once more.

Colten cums first, his face pressed against my back and hands holding my hips in a bruising grip, his hips pressed right up against mine. He grinds his dick and cum in as deep as it will go, each roll of his hips trying to push in even further.

I groan at knowing he’s filling me up, his cum coating my insides. I sneak a hand underneath me to jerk my dick and cum with him, squeezing against his dick as my entire body convulses with it.

My toes curl hard enough to cramp, and my free hand twists in the sheets as sparks of pleasure cascade through my body, the glowing inside of me hot and heavy.

There’s a whining sound in my ears, my mind slow and syrupy as I feel only pleasure with Colten.

When I come back to myself, the room is much darker, the tableside lamp on with only a dim glow emitting from my body. I feel heavy and hazy, but surprisingly clean.

“Look at that, he’s alive,” Colten teases when he sees me walking back from the bathroom.

He’s naked, shirt and sweatpants gone somewhere, his dick soft as it dangles from the nest of his pubic hair. That was inside of me? My mouth oddly fills with extra saliva, and I swallow it down. Weird.

“How long?” I manage, voice rough as I blink heavily at him. I’m sure I was napping, maybe unconscious, for at least a few minutes, but I already feel the pull of sleep tugging at me. I’m surprised I woke up at all.

“Just long enough to clean up,” he says as he climbs into bed with me, leaning over to turn off the light before pressing up against me.

I easily fold into his shorter frame, wrapping an arm around his waist and holding him close. He drapes an arm over my waist as well, the other curling between us as his head rests against my collarbone, where I can feel the heat of his breath against my skin.

A flicker of arousal flutters through me, though I’m far too tired to even think of doing anything more.

It feels right, having him here, so close to my heart. I squeeze him once, just because I can, and he snorts softly against my chest.

“I’m…really, really happy, Patrick,” Colten whispers, squeezing me back.

“Me too,” I reply, just as quiet, before pulling him closer and pressing my lips to his hair, unable to help smiling even though I know he can’t see it.

We settle in like that, warm and content, the magical glow continuing to dim. I can feel that different sort of glowing still inside of me, making me warm and fuzzy and like everything is right in the world.

Before sleep completely takes me, however, I manage to say the one thing I’ve been thinking all night: “I hope this spell never wears off.”

Right before the darkness of sleep washes over me, there’s a moment that almost feels like Colten tenses in my arms.

But I’m asleep before I can give it any thought beyond just holding him closer.

Chapter 14

Colten is acting weird.

When I wake up, he’s using gel to pull his hair back alarmingly tight, his dark brown roots framing his face and wearing an expression that looks like he’s ready to march into the combine and force every scout to accept me. The tension in his shoulders would be good for tackling, but not much else.

When I see the shadows under his eyes, I can’t help but recall the way he glowed last night, brighter than I’ve ever seen him. I blush.

That would make anyone tired, I suppose.

Still, I would’ve thought he’d be…happier after last night. He seems more stressed than anything.

“You good?” I ask, sitting up and rubbing my face.
