“Excuse me?”

“You heard me. And don’t touch yourself, I’ll know if you do,”I point towards the cameras around the room.“I can see you from every angle, every second. You’re going to bed, nothing else.”

“I fucking hate you!”

I reach for her throat and grab it, not tightenough to hurt. “By the way you’re acting, I assume you must love punishments.”

“I love your brother,” she spits out like the words hold no evil.

There’s no worse thing she could’ve said. No insult could break me the way those words just did. I feel the good in me slipping instantly, the softness for her going along with it.

“If you want me to be evil, I’ll gladly show it to you.” Is the last thing I say before walking into my room and closing the door behind me.

I wake up frustrated, still hurting from her words. But the words I threw back at her wereall a lie. The soft spot for her was still there, no matter how much I fought it. I could never be evil towards her, and it makes me feel weak in the best possible way.

I didn’t care more for her last night, even though I deeply wanted to. But I won’t let her disrespect me like that. I may look like my brother, but I amnothim, and I will not let the woman I own compare me to him either.

Leaving my bed, shoulders a bit tense after the lack of sleep, I step into the kitchen. Grabbing eggs and bacon, I prepare breakfast for the two of us. I turn on the stove, prepare a pan, butthe second she slowly walks outside of her room, she steals my attention.

Her blonde hair is a mess, her eyes red and dry. I want to reach for her and pull her into my arms, but I stop myself just as quickly.

She shoots me a look, one filled with anger of course, before she sits down on the sofa where I spanked her yesterday. She doesn’t look at me, her eyes staring somewhere outside the window.

“While living under my roof, you will greet me good morning,” I say, deep and clear as I break the silence between us.

“I will do no such thing.”

“Youreallyseem to like punishments, Anastasia.”

She looks away from me, a disgusted look on her face.“I have no desire to be here, I want to go back home.” She shoots the words like she’s a gun, but I hear the uncertainty in her tone.

“Well, unfortunately for you, that’s not going to happen. You’ve been my dearest desirefor years. Instead of having you, I’ve had to watch my brother take everything I’ve ever wanted.”

She turns her head back to me instantly, cheeks rosy as she takes in what I just said. “What do you mean?”

“No need to analyze my words. I meant what I said,” I say, placing bacon and eggs in the pan in front of me.

She stays quiet,a good choice for now. I don’t want to argue. As a matter of fact, I want her to feel good. But it’s something she’ll have to obey me to receive.

The room is silent as I keep making her breakfast, and it doesn’t take long before the bacon is slightly crispy and the scrambled eggs are perfectly cooked. I grab each plate and place it on the table before her, then I grab two glasses of orange juice to drink.

“You must be starving,” I say.

She looks away, but I hear the way her stomach rumbles, begging her to eat.

“You need to eat, babydoll.”

“I don’t need to do anything, especially not the things you tell me to,” she cuts me off.

The morning just started and I’ve already had enough of her attitude. I reach for her hair, a steady and sensual grip, and pull her closer. “You need to eat,” I bite out in caring frustration.

She swallows hard.

“Sit on your knees before me,” I say.

“On the floor?”
