I mean, he is a warlord. They have technology. I’ve already seen it. Maybe, just maybe, this is my chance, my only chance at not only getting back to Earth, but back to the one thing which has kept me going all this time.
My mum. The woman who taught me everything I know about mixed martial arts, who couldn’t fight against the cancer which took her, even though she tried as hard as she could. Who told me the one thing I could do, the only thing which mattered to her, was to continue with her school and pass on what I’d learnt from her to other women and girls.
To make us all strong. Like her.
“Perhaps you can.” I stroll past him and through the door to my fate.
DALOX
Ihave her, the little female with the fighting spirit so strong she was prepared to stand up to the greatest Sarkarnii warlord who has ever lived. My Gillian.
I have never been bested in battle or in any form of fight. But I would absolutely let this little scrap of a female best me.
The mere thought of her on top of me means my cock has pushed its way out of my pouch and is pressing painfully against my pants.
I should not have bothered with pants. Not while my fated one is around. She should see what she does to me. All females like to know they cause a male to be aroused.
Arousal is good. It means there will be breeding and sarkarnlings. It means she shouldn’t envenomate me. Especially as I have seen her teeth and they mostly look quite blunt. Envenomation isn’t good at the best of times, but with the way she would have to deliver her venom, it will be painful in the extreme.
I have to prove to her I am the best male she will ever encounter, and given I am ruler of this planet, and I can surely give her what she wants, my chances of breeding with her and not being bitten are, I would expect, high.
“This is my lair,” I rasp as she walks ahead of me. “My retreat from the rest of Vorostor when I require it.”
Gillian huffs out a breath. I struggle, but eventually, I have to do the same with a significant amount of smoke. It is as if my body is joined with hers.
“Do you have to do that?” She stays looking back at me as we enter the main part of my lair.
“Do what?”
“Smoke?”
“I am Sarkarnii,” I growl. “My fire always burns.”
But Gillian is not listening. Instead her interested, intelligent gaze flows around my quarters, taking in the dip in the center where I can imagine mating with her, the consoles against the wall, the wall where I keep my favorite jewels on display, and the pit beneath where the rest of my hoard lies.
I have weapons on display, I have areas where I can lounge against warm plates on the floor and, through another archway, there is my personal aquium, the light flickering against the water-filled pools and passages.
“It’s very…”
I lean forward, wanting to know how much she likes my retreat.
“Man cave.” Gillian folds her arms. “Or is it dragon cave? Sarkarnii cave?” Her lips come together in a strange movement.
I am not so sure about man or dragon, but it is very much for a Sarkarnii.
“Yes, it is my Sarkarnii cave,” I growl, making my way to the food dispenser and ordering ale wine.
If my heart is ever to stop pounding, I will need something to steady it. Having my female here, in my inner sanctum, is more than I ever imagined.
Gillian appears at my side.
“What’s this?” she asks.
“Food dispenser.”
“What’s one of those?”
“You do not know?”
