“Only if you want to be.” Is that a hint of a twinkle in his eye?
I guess a male like this probably gets by on having a bone structure which would make a Hollywood star weep. I suspect he has women falling in his lap on an almost daily basis.
“Yeah.” I pat his chest and squeeze out from his grip. “Let’s not go there.”
“Little mate,” he rumbles.
“Look, we are not friends.” I point between us. “You and I are not mates. I don’t know you. I’m a stranger here, I just want to get home, and all you seem to be doing is making that harder. That’s not what friends do.”
Dalox cocks his head on one side. “Friends?”
“Yes, friends. If you were my friend, you’d want to help me, not abduct me.”
His brow drops over his eyes. Has the concept of friend not made it to this part of space?
“Ah, my little spark. I do not want to be friends with you,” he says eventually.
I knew it!
“I want to breed you.” He huffs out a great smoke ring. “I want to pleasure you until you cannot scream my name any longer.”
GILLIAN
Idropped this huge alien male on his arse twice, and he is claiming he wants to do…things…to me.
What I did would not normally be considered foreplay. But then, I’m not on Earth anymore. And Dalox can turn into a dragon. Who knows what foreplay is to him.
My mind flashes over everything which has happened between us so far. Have I somehow come on to him?
I mean, he doesn’t look like a bag of spanners. He’s certainly easy on the eye, and I’ve always liked my men big and bulky, which Dalox most certainly is. I’m not saying Iwouldn’t.
But also…we’ve only just met. All he’s done is growl at me and claim he owns me. So on that basis…I wouldn’t.
Would I?
“Er, no.” I take a step back, although I find my feet don’t actually want to move as much as my brain seems to want them to. “We won’t be doing anything like that. Now, can you take me back to the other human women please? We need to arrange to get back to Earth.”
Dalox makes no attempt to take hold of me again. It’s almost as if he’s made his announcement, the words are out there, andhe’s happy to let it sit, like that, until such a time as he gets his way.
Not happening.
“I can bring the females to you,” Dalox says. “But I do not believe they wish to return to your home planet. Many of them are mated to my fellow warlords.”
“Mated?”
“Yes, they danced for them, and now they are filled with sarkarnlings.” Dalox lifts his chin and stares down his nose at me.
My head thumps gently at the tender point.
Things have gone from making sense to not making sense at all.
“I just want to know they’re okay.” My voice is weak, and my legs suddenly feel like lead.
“Little mate?” Dalox’s voice sounds too far away.
“Not your mate…”
My vision weirdly dims, darkness creeping in around the edges. I feel floaty and wrong.
