“Yes they will. My mom arranged it with the real estate when she signed the papers as my proxy,” he replies, grabbing my arm and pulling me toward the doors.
The foyer is well lit with a warm glow from overhead chandeliers and wall sconces, fitting with the lower level’s heritage vibe. The floor is tiled in black and cream patterned tiles, and a long reception desk is off to one side, clearly newer, but designed to fit the aesthetic of the space.
“Can I help you?” the young guy behind the desk asks.
“I just bought the apartment on level twelve. There should be a note that I’d be coming by and that I can have a look over it,” Luka says, and the guy taps on his computer.
“What did you say your name was?”
“Luka Hart,” he says, turning in place, head tilted back, smiling up at the ceiling. “How awesome is this place?”
“It’s pretty spectacular.”
“I’ll need to see your ID,” the doorman says and Luka jogs over to the desk.
While he sorts it all out, I wander through the foyer. Large marble pillars are positioned at regular intervals, a long, curved black couch sits in the waiting area along with three large green leather chairs, and just around the corner from the reception area are two large elevators with mirrored doors reflecting the gilded art on the opposite wall.
“We’re all set,” Luka says, landing beside me, and we head for the elevators. There’s a spiral staircase that starts beside them and curves up, and I tilt sideways to check out how high up it goes.
“Wow, that’s a lot of stairs,” I say, and then the elevator doors chime.
The ride up is slower than in a newer building, but it’s smooth, and when we step out on the twelfth floor, onto a patterned deep-blue and cream carpet, Luka is a bundle of energy, practically bouncing from the elevator and dancing down the hallway. He’s so excited that he almost passes his own door.
“Hey, back up,” I call, and he spins, smiling wide, hands shaking as he moves to unlock the door. I lay my hand over his.
“Take a breath. This is the first time you’re going to do this, so take your time.”
He closes his eyes and breathes in deeply, then smiles.
“What?” I ask.
“I just got a lungful of your delicious scent, and now I’m wondering if it would be inappropriate to blow you in my empty condo before I even close on it.”
“Get the door open and then we’ll see what happens.”
The second we’re through the door, Luka pulls me in and shoves me back against the wall inside.
“You don’t want to check out the place first?”
“I don’t want anything more than I want you,” he says, and then he drops to his knees and unbuttons my fly.
Before I can protest—not that I don’t want this to happen, but I know how important getting his own place is—he licks my slit and then takes me into his mouth down to the base.
“Holy shit, Luka, that’s good,” I cry, my voice a soft echo down the empty hallway.
“Mhmm,” he moans around me.
I brace my hands on the wall, the city lights shining through the enormous windows at the end of the hallway and reflecting off the shiny white tiled floor.
“Oh god, Luka, this is so hot,” I gasp.
He bobs his head, gripping my balls in one hand as he takes me down to the root. His throat surrounds my cock head, and he swallows to draw me deeper. A shiver rolls through me.
“Fuck yeah, Luka. Oh god. Yes. Yes.”
Luka reaches up with his free hand, palm skimming up my chest until he finds my nipple, pinching and rolling it between two fingers and breaking my last resolve, and I explode, filling his greedy throat.
He sucks and slurps until I’ve softened and then stands and mashes his mouth onto mine.
