“I’m so close,” Levi whispered.

Mateo picked up the rhythm, the change enough to push me right where I wanted to be.

Levi groaned as I came again, my pussy wrapped around him, milking his cock. He thrust deeper and buried his face against the curve of my neck, his breaths puffing as his movements jolted.

“Fill her up,” Mateo commanded. “Give her everything. She’s earned every single drop, hasn’t she?”

“She has.” His lips grazed my skin as he pumped harder.

I moaned as Levi gasped, his movements hurrying. Faster and faster until he planted his hands beside my head and gave one last movement, burying himself deep inside me as he came.

Mateo’s groans joined Levi’s. Awe washed over me as they came together, their orgasms syncing. Mateo’s face twisted withpleasure, his head tipping back as Levi kept slowly rolling his hips. Hot cum jerked inside me until it dripped out.

“Fuck,” Levi moaned.

He drew back, the two of them rolling to either side of me. The three of us were a mess, but the right kind.

My eyes drifted shut as I basked in the afterglow of that. The tops of my thighs hurt, but the ache grounded me.

Plus, it was really hot.

Mateo planted a kiss on my cheek, his arms slinging over me. “We should all drink water.”

“We will,” I mumbled. “But it’s nice here in your arms. Don’t get up yet.”

“Wouldn’t dream of it.”

I smiled as the two of them curled closer.

For a few minutes, I was blissful. But then those peskywhat ifsstarted up in my mind. Annoying questions about the future and things I wanted to know.

Fuck it.

“In this perfect world where the three of us don’t have secrets and where we could be together,” I started. “Would either of you want kids?”

Mateo rolled onto his side, drawing tiny circles on my hip with the tip of his finger. Levi let out a long hum, and I knew he was going to answer first.

“Yeah. In a perfect world.”

“I would too,” Mateo said. He smiled as I turned my head to look at him, his eyes dancing with . . . hope? Something inside me melted. “I’d want a big family with dogs. Hell, maybe even something weird like a bearded dragon. I want a chaotic life. I want it to be fun and full and happy.”

“The world doesn’t need to be perfect for you to have those things,” Levi murmured.

We both turned our heads to look up at him.

“Yes,” Mateo said. “But in any world—perfect or imperfect—to have those things, I’d need you here too.”

Levi’s throat bobbed as he swallowed. I breathed in the scent of his aftershave, tracing every line of his face and committing it to memory. The soft wrinkles alongside his bright green eyes, the couple flecks of silver I’d spotted among the blond of his beard. His thick brows and soft lips and the way he scowled.

“Both of you will be fine,” he said. “You’ll be happy together.”

I frowned at him and propped myself up. “Levi, why do you think that? Both of us want you to be in our lives, together but also separately.”

“I just mean that when I leave, the two of you will be okay,” he said. He sat up slightly, his muscles tensing, and frankly—it pissed me off how casual he was about us moving on without him.

“You don’t know that,” I said. “I don’t think I’m going to be okay. Honestly, I don’t think I want you to leave.”

“I have to. I can’t stay here.”
