“Travis, wait,” I choke, reaching out and grabbing him by the wrist. Playing coy was fine a second ago, but now that he’s headed for the door, I don’t want him to leave. “I forgive you.”
There’s a pregnant pause.
“…you don’t have to say that, Serena,” Travis says, his voice low, his gaze directed to the pale wood floor. “I understand that it might take some time.”
“I’m over it.” I squeeze where I’m holding him, tug him a little closer. “I’ve missed you.”
“Ye-ah,” Ryan draws out, laughing a bit at the end and sidling over to the bedside table with the dessert. “I’ll just leave this. You can try it—well, Travis, you might like it, too. Goodnight?—”
Without turning to look at his friend, Travis says, voice still just as low, “You can stay, Ryan.”
I blink, desire and anticipation swinging up and punching at the bottom of my throat like I’m on a thrill ride. Travis is still looking at me, his gaze a question, even after he made that bold statement.
Do I want this? Do I want him and Ryan, at the same time?
The answer is easy, and immediate.
“Yes,” I say out loud, leaning around Travis to look at Ryan, who’s standing by the bed, his eyebrows raised. “Stay, Ryan.”
Chapter 36
Serena
Ryan moves to kick the door shut and crosses the room in a second.
Then he’s tugging me away from Travis and into his arms, bringing his lips down to mine. It’s immediate, warm, a tangle of hands and breaths and touches that leaves me breathless. And even more than that is the fact that I canfeelTravis watching us, practically taste the wanting that rolls off him in waves.
It makes my desire compound, the knowledge of him watching and wanting me, too.
The moment Ryan pulls his lips from mine, dropping them down to kiss at my chest, Travis is stepping in and tipping my head to the side, capturing my mouth with his own. They taste different, and yet the same. Travis’s mouth is cooler than Ryan’s, more precise but less insistent.
It’s frantic, having four hands on me at once, and delirious in the way a daydream come to life would be. Half of my brain is chantingthis is really happening, this is really happening, this is really happening! The other half is swept away in the feelings themselves, nothing more than a pleasant, buzzing hum of lust and aching for more, more, more.
Slowly, we move together toward the bed.
My heart skips dangerously fast, and I can feel my excitement and trepidation both rushing through my blood like a drug.
I want them both, and I have them both.
Travis’s thumbs skating under the waistband of my shorts, Ryan’s hands skimming up over my ribs, just under the bottoms of my breasts. Both touches too light, too gentle, sending shivers up my back like tiny electric shocks.
“Have you ever done something like this before?” I ask, gasping away from Travis’s kiss and looking between the two men. They glance at each other for a moment before looking back at me.
“No,” Travis says, breathing hard, his thumbs still hooked in my waistband, the look in his eyes like it’s hard for him to focus on what I’m saying right now.
“I… have been with two girls at once,” Ryan admits, clearing his throat and tugging my ass in against his lap. “But that’s not quite the same equation, is it?”
“So,” I rasp, closing my eyes as their hands start to wander again, “what do we do?”
“Whatever you want,” Ryan breathes, the air puffing out over my neck and the top of my spine. “Whateveryou want, Serena. Just tell us.”
I open my mouth, but nothing comes out. Being with each of them individually was overwhelming in the best possible way. I’ve never done something like this before—though I have thought about it.
More than once.
“I want…” I say, and they slow, their mouths and hands going still for a moment. “I…”
It’s too hard to say it, so I pull back, breathing hard, anticipation thrumming through me. I take Travis’s hand and move to the bed, sit on my knees, and position him behind me.
