Those three words echo from all four of them and ring in my ears. My mind blocks out all other sounds and repeats their words until that’s all I hear.

Over and over.

For a heartbeat, I forget how to exist. How to breathe.

This emotion doesn’t steal my breath the way my fear does.

No.

It’s as if I’ve been stunned frozen by the sheer impossibility of the moment. Like something rare and beautiful has just happened to me, and I’m too terrified to move or it may vanish.

Their love presses into my chest until it aches. The warmth spreads so fast, it makes me dizzy.

This is real.

Very, very, real.

The thought hits me harder than any fear ever has.

The realization is so dominating, it borders on devastation.

They love me.

And I them.

My soul shatters the pathetic restraint I wrapped around it and ambushes them, tugging—begging—them closer.

For a fleeting second, I feel bad for what I unleash on them, but that evaporates as soon as their hands hold me tighter.

What I feel for them isn’t soft or shy.

It’s immediate, fierce, and utterly certain in this moment.

I shove my love for them through my soul without restraint, without apology, and without fear of being too much.

It isn’t too much.

“I love you all so much.”

Lips crash into mine the second the words leave my mouth.

Amick kisses me like I just answered his personal prayer.

A grueling sound leaves the back of his throat as I’m tugged away from him.

I don’t have a second to inhale on my own before Creed’s breathing life into me with his embrace.

He too isn’t all that happy when I’m stolen away from him.

I melt into Riven’s tender hold. One of his hands cups the back of my head, while the other pulls me closer by my lower back.

His kiss lasts as long as the other two’s did, then his body falls unnaturally still. I slowly pull my lips away from his and my eyes flutter open.

I smile at his face, frozen in bliss.

Kyzen’s fingers lace through mine, and he spins me around gently.

The intensity in his eyes makes my legs shake even more than they already were.
