“Fuck.” Corey’s voice is hoarse. “I have never… That was not… Fuck! Words aren’t working.”
“I’ve felt a lot of things in my life,” Brody says to the ceiling, still panting. “None of that comes close.”
A laugh bubbles up from my chest. “I have no idea how I’m going to survive this heat. I’m already destroyed, and my heat’s just started.”
“Pace yourself,” Corey says, grinning. “We’ll feed you between rounds. Hydrate. Think of it as a marathon, not a sprint.”
“A marathon where three men are trying to kill me with pleasure.” I laugh out loud.
“Best way to go,” Brody offers.
“We should probably get out of the tub,” Corey says.
“Soon,” Jakob says softly, still breathing heavily.
“You’re magnificent. You know that?” Brody says.
“I’m a mess.”
“The most beautiful mess I’ve ever seen.”
Corey’s hand squeezes mine. “Sunshine, you just took all three of us. That’s not a mess. That’s a goddamn miracle.”
I laugh again, louder this time. My muscles are refusing to work right now, and I’m exhausted. Yet I stare at each of the three Alphas, and they’re what I’ve been missing in my life.
“Hey,” Jakob whispers in my ear. “You can fall asleep on me if you need to. I’ve always got you.”
My eyes grow heavy, but I don’t want to miss a moment with them, even if they are also slouched from exhaustion and smiling like madmen right now.
“Hey,” I mumble, half asleep already.
“Mm?” Three voices. Simultaneous.
“Don’t go anywhere. I want you all in my life.”
“Wouldn’t dream of leaving,” Brody says.
“Couldn’t if I tried,” Corey adds.
Jakob kisses my shoulder, then my cheek. “You’re stuck with us now.”
I close my eyes. Three heartbeats surround me, and I try not to think that my heat is only starting with me.
But for the first time in my life, I’m not dreading it.

BRODY
“Ionce told a woman her eyes were so beautiful that my soufflé rose just from her gaze,” I admit as we descend the hillside, Claire at my side, Jakob and Corey a few paces behind us.
Claire turns her attention my way. “That’s the worst thing I’ve ever heard.”
“Yep.” I step over a root and offer her my hand before she even needs it. “She threw breadsticks at me.”
Her mouth twitches into a grin. “Deserved.”
“Possibly.”
