“I wish we had more time.”

“I know.”

I toss the cloth behind me when I’m done and give her one last kiss. One last kiss that won’t even come close to being our last.

She hops out of bed and starts dressing. I do the same.

“I wish…”

“What do you wish?”

“That I had a chance to give you a blow job.”

“Fuck. Next time.” I move toward her, buttoning the last few buttons on her shirt. “You going to tease me with these, darlin’?”

Her hands do up my jeans. “If I get to spend my next lunch hour like this, I don’t think I’ll need to.”

I nip at her lips. “Maybe not every lunch hour, but I want you back in my bed. Hell, anywhere I can have you.”

“I won’t say no, Sam.”

“Good.” I slip my hand under her jean skirt, finding her wet thong. “Because I want to feel this again.

“Fuck. You can’t tease me like this. I want more, Sam.”

“I can’t help it. Knowing you’re going back to work? Freshly fucked with my cum inside you?”

She shifts in my arms, my dick stirring in my pants. “I wish I could stay here all afternoon.”

I pull my hand away and take a step back. “I’ll be thinking of you the rest of the day, darlin’.”

Joey saunters up to me, a sway in her hips. She gives me one last kiss before backing out of the room.

“I’ll see you around, Sam.”

I watch her go, wishing I could call her back, but I can’t. One time will never be enough.

There’s no getting Joey Andrews out of my system.

Chapter Eleven

JOEY

Ihave to stop myself from flying down the road to the ranch. I’ve never been so excited to get to work. Because I get to see Sam again.

After working nights and then being off with Max, this is the first time I’m going to see him since we slept together.

Excitement bubbles up inside of me.

I don’t know what is going to happen with the two of us, but being with Sam last week was better than I ever could have imagined.

I don’t want it to be a one-time thing. I want him every chance I can get him.

Pulling into the employee lot, I pull down the visor and give myself a once-over. I fluff my hair and swipe a coat of lip gloss over my mouth.

Perfect.

I can’t wait to find Sam later today, but when I walk into the lobby, he is standing behind the front desk.
