“Don’t you get it, baby? We have everything we want. You.”

Knox takes my hand, pulling it to his lips, he kisses my palm tenderly.

“You are the endgame, Tesoro. If you want sunshine, so do we. If you want the ocean, we do too. If there aren’t enough roses, we’ll get more. Making you happy is all that matters to us.”

I swipe the tears from my cheek and admit the truth.

“I don’t deserve you. Any of you.”

Killian moves closer to me, a dark glint to his eyes as his lips pull up into a mischievous grin. Placing his hands on my hips, he lifts me over his shoulder with a chuckle.

“What are you doing?” I squeal as I try to get free but fail.

“You need to cool off. You’re too hot, baby. I’m pretty sure that’s why you’re saying crazy shit like you don’t deserve us.”

Chapter Fifty-Two

KILLIAN

“Put me down.” Heather squeals with an infectious giggle as I walk through the water with her over my shoulder.

Her arms hang down my back, I’m more than a little surprised when she slaps my ass.

“Let me go!”

Moving my hands to her waist on either side, I lift her off my shoulder and wink at her.

“If you insist.”

I throw her into the water as my brothers chuckle behind me. She surfaces, coughing and sputtering with an adorable scowl on her face.

“Killian! You dick! Why are you such a bully?”

I chuckle as I lean down to kiss her.

“It’s my love language, baby.”

She puts her hand in the water and splashes me in the face.

“It’s my love language, baby.” She mocks me, but fuck, I like it. Hearing her call me baby, sincere or not, is my new favorite thing.

“Call me that again, Killer.”

I move closer to her, and she steps back, watching me cautiously.

“Dick?” she says with a naughty expression on her face, her eyes sparkling, knowing she’s getting herself into trouble.

“While I don’t hate that as much as you think I do. Try again.”

She tries to move from me again but stumbles, and I grab her, pulling her to me. Heather tilts her head back, staring at me, her eyes change from annoyance to something more powerful, and I feel it in my chest as my heart squeezes for her.

“Baby? Good boys are called baby, Killian. Are you ready to be a good boy?”

I stroke my fingers down her cheek as I tighten my arm around her back so she can’t get away.

“Oh, you’re in the mood for orgasm denial, yes?”

She stares at me, her eyes widening slightly as she realizes what she has done.
