EPILOGUE

KADEN

6months later

Groaning into her neck, I feel her pussy milk my cock as she muffles her moans into my cloak. Gods, I’ll never tire of that noise.

I continue to pump into her, making sure she’s filled. The idea of her entering that room leaking my cum so everyone can smell it, turns me into a bastard of a man. I love it.

“Kaden,” she pants, holding tight to me. Plastered between my chest and the cool column, with her legs wrapped around my waist, she’s trapped. She has nowhere to go but to feel every inch of me buried deep inside.

“Yes, love?”

I don’t stop moving. I’ve already cum, but I’m growing hard again, just feeling her wrapped around me. If this is what the afterlife is like, sign me the fuck up.

“We’re going to be late.”

The next thrust is hard and poignant. She cries out, biting her lip to keep from making a noise. I don’t like that.

Ripping her lip from her teeth, I suck on it, moving against her again.

“We can be late to our own coronation,” I remind her, letting her lip go. “Besides. How are we to have a child if I don’t get every chance to practice with you?”

She laughs, breathless, and I continue to rock into her. Our movements increase and she moans, deep and guttural. I don’t stop, pushing her to new heights. Pulling back, I watch her face, see when she reaches her peak.

It’s a damn work of art. A flush covers her face, her eyes brighten and I could lose myself into the noises she makes for me. This is worth all the trouble of the past few months—feeling her, having her in my hands. Pure pleasure.

She cums for a third time and I finally release inside of her. There, she’s thoroughly stuffed with my seed. No one will be able to mistake who she belongs to.

Letting her down, she sighs dreamily, and I right her skirts before fixing myself.

“I should freshen up before the ceremony.”

Grabbing her neck, I rub my nose to hers. “You’ll do no such thing. I want every male in there to know exactly whose cum leaks from your legs.”

She grins up at me, her blush deepening. Fuck, she’s too pretty. I’ll need to mark her again.

“There you are,” Fee exclaims, coming to our side. She’s dressed in one of her finest black ballgowns, her red-black hair styled into an elegant do. Her nose wrinkles as she stops short of us. “Really? Right now?”

“How else are you expecting a niece or nephew?”

She rolls her eyes but I don’t miss the grin.

Leading us away, I curl Max’s hand into the nook of my arm. It’s been two months since we defeated the Humans. The Witches, who had regained their magic and their courage, helped us win the tide.

When we were able to capture Griffin at the final battle, I wanted to stake his head on a pike outside the castle. As a last reminder of what happens to those who come for my family and kingdom. But Max wanted a different punishment.

He was the one to kill her mother, almost kill her and imprisoned her father into near starvation. She thought death was too easy. Instead, he’s currently in the dungeon, rotting away like he did to Baris. Unfortunately for him, he’s not a Fairy that will survive much longer.

It’s sadistic. I’m proud of her.

Once the Humans were quelled, we took to fixing the world. Witches took back their natural territories, and the Humans had to either live within their borders or start their own. Without a king, they had little choice but to move into Coven lands. It’ll be interesting to see how they fair.

Stopping at the doors, Mal bows to us both. No longer wearing my court colors, he’s dressed in dark evergreen jacket and shimmering gold pants. A ring sits in his ear—just one. A sign of being the heir.

I don’t envy what he must do. I intend to honor Max’s agreement, to help him win his throne, but it won’t be an easy fight. He’ll need more assistance than I think he realizes.

My eyes drift to my sister, who adjusts his lapels thoughtfully, while he smiles down at her. The urge to smack him rears like a viper, but Max keeps reminding me I can’t interfere.
