“I’ll go get them,” he backs up, grabbing a hamper from the corner of the room and dumping it on the bed, “here’s more of my scent, I’ll be right back, okay?”

A little bit of anxiety fades now that I know he has a plan. He disappears, and I rifle through the clothes on the bed. I pull a sweater to my nose and inhale.

So good.

I add it to the pile, and a minute later, everyone is entering the room again. Teddy, Ethan, and Brennan dump their clothes on top of Maverick’s pile, and Maverick starts pulling out all the blankets and pillows from my nest back at the cabin.

Something in me settles as I get to work, weaving the scents in and out of the outside wall. “Ethan.” I hold out my hand, and one of Ethan’s t-shirts finds its way into my hand. I weave it in with one of Teddy’s. “Brennan.” Brennan’s shorts appear in my fist, and I add that. I have no idea how much time has passed before I finish, but when I step off the bed and observe my work, my omega finally recedes back into my chest, happy with our progress.

“Wren?” The hand on my shoulder startles me, and I look up to see Maverick, holding one of my shirts. I frown. I don’t need myownscent—oh, right. I’m still naked.

I accept it gratefully, letting him slip it over my head. “How are you feeling?” he murmurs, pressing a kiss to my hair.

My cheeks flush. I can’t believe I just lost it on all of them like that.

“I’m better now,” I whisper, glancing at the other guys. “I’m sorry, that was—”

“No,” Maverick says sharply, putting a finger under my chin and turning me towards him. “Youdon’t apologize, Baby Girl. Your omega needed something, and she demanded it. It’s what sheshoulddo.”

My guys surround me, one on each side. Teddy grabs my hand, Ethan runs a hand down my back, and Brennan strokes my hair. Maverick’s hand stays under my chin, and I’m suddenly very aware that I have no escape.

Not that I want one. Now that I’ve experienced both Teddy and Ethan at the same time, my mind races with the possibilities of what I could do with all four of them.

Maverick smiles at me, sighing before shaking his head. “Come on, it’s bed time. We have a big day tomorrow.”

I do my best to not pout as I nod, and I notice Ethan, Teddy, and Brennan having a silent conversation with their eyes. Brennan breaks eye contact with them, pressing a kiss to my lips. “Goodnight, Song Bird.”

Frowning, I blink up at him. “Goodnight? Why are you saying goodnight? You’re not going to sleep with me?”

Areanyof them going to sleep with me?

“Ha!” Teddy barks a laugh. “I told you!” My head whips to him in confusion. “I told them you’d want us to all sleep together.”

“I said it first!” Brennan exclaims, raising his hands in a defensive gesture.

“Do…” The thought occurs to me, making my stomach twist. “Are you all only sleeping in the same bed as me becauseIwant you to?”

“Oh, Song Bird, no,” Brennan says quickly, shaking his head. “It’s just…Maverick doesn’t exactly have a pack-sized bed.”

I glance behind me at the king-size mattress. Sniffing, I look down. “That’s fine, you don’t have to sleep with me.”

“Too late.” Ethan grins, grabbing me in his arms, a little squeak falling from my lips as he lifts me up. “We’re gonna be cozy. Call it a puppy pile.”

In the next few moments, I’m snuggled in my nest, surrounded by my guys. Maverick on my left, Teddy on my right, while Ethan holds my ankle possessively as he lays across the bottom of the bed, and Brennan lays his head on my thigh.

Their scents swirl in the air, and almost instantly, sleep overtakes me.

Istare at the phone in my hand. The screen is lit up with the phone number, all I have to do is press call.

“Baby Girl, I can do it—” Maverick starts, but cuts off with a shake of my head.

“It has to be me.” My voice is surprisingly strong as I stare at the phone. “I’m done letting my parents rule my life.”

I just have to press “call”.
