PRESENTING CONDITION /ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗΠΡΟΣΕΛΕΥΣΗΣ:
Patient found by hikers inside vehicle at bottom of ravine off mountain road between Kyrenia (Girne) and Bellapais village, near the Kyrenia Mountain Range, Turkish-controlled Northern Cyprus. Vehicle discovered approximately 1.2 km east of Bellapais Abbey trailhead, below a sharp downhill bend with no guardrail. Patient unconscious upon discovery. Extraction performed by local emergency services with assistance from military patrol unit stationed at Kyrenia Pass checkpoint.
