Phase 1 makes more sense. I've updated the timeline and adjusted the corresponding budget allocation. This way we can start engaging students and community members while construction is still in progress, which strengthens our “learning process” narrative.
I've also double-checked all the calculations and cross-referenced the materials list with our supplier documentation. Everything looks consistent.
