Logan nodded.

“And Sam doesn’t know?”

Logan shook his head.

“Because you don’t want her to know?” Trent inquired.

“Because it just happened,” Logan said defensively. “And only once.”

Luke barked a laugh. “What? You tripped and fell, and on your way to face-planting on the floor, your dick landed inside Elijah?”

Logan glared at him.

“What? That’s how you make it sound. Like it was a fucking accident.”

The submissive returned, and Logan’s hand shot out to grab one of the drinks from the tray. He brought the glass to his mouth and guzzled.

“Have Troy and Clarissa arrived?” Trent asked the submissive.

“Not yet, Master Ramsey.”

Luke took his drink from the tray, then watched with amusement.

“Let them know where I am when they do.”

The guy’s eyes glittered with so much worship, it was like he’d received a request from a deity. “Of course, Master Ramsey.”

Oh, what it must be like to have your ass kissed so hard it left an imprint.

Amused by the situation, Luke waited until they were alone again before addressing Logan. “Has it only been the one encounter Sam doesn’t know about?”

Logan took another gulp of his drink, then swallowed. “No.”

Luke didn’t need the details, nor did he want them. The only reason he asked was to try to understand just how complicated Logan’s feelings had gotten for Elijah. He knew from this little excursion of Logan’s that the man was dealing with some serious matters of the heart.

“You obviously came here for a reason,” Trent said, leaning back in his chair and regarding Logan. “Might as well get it all off your chest. Otherwise, you’ve wasted a trip.”

Logan downed what was left of his drink and set it aside before focusing on them. “Fine.”

Luke raised an eyebrow, silently urging his brother to talk.

“It started last year. I kissed Elijah.”

“Was it a random thing?”

Logan shook his head. “We were playing one of Sam’s games.”

Luke grinned. That didn’t surprise him.

“I kissed him, but that’s as far as it went. I knew something changed between us that night, but I managed to shrug it off.”

“Or you thought you did,” Trent corrected.

“Yeah.” Logan sighed, his eyes shifting to the floor. “I was curious. Elijah was, too. He wanted to talk about it, but I shut him down every time.” He looked up. “Then Sam went to Vegas, and an opportunity presented itself. Things progressed from there.”

If Luke knew anything about his brother, it was that Logan didn’t wait for opportunities, he made them.

“I have yet to hear the concerning part,” Luke chided.
