I imagine the way Maya’s curves felt in my arms last night, the shape of her arse under my palms. How much I wanted to yank her to me, but knowing I couldn’t just yet. The thought of her here, in my apartment, and what I would have done to her if only she had slept in my bed.

My movements become quicker, more frenzied.

Fuck.

The orgasm comes on me quicker than it ever has before. With laboured breathes, my eyes close as I growl with my release. Slowing my movements, I watch as my cum drips down the wall of the shower, all whilst thinking of my girl.

“I really need to go home. I want to have a shower, get in some fresh pyjamas and sleep in my own bed,” Maya groans. Talking to Fallon, Blair and Gracie.

“We can head off now if you want? The police would have called by now if there were any issues. We will need to stop by mine for more supplies, I’m running low on outfit choices,” Fallon responds.

“Don’t get me wrong, I’m so grateful for you all staying with me. But I really need my own space soon,” Maya replies, her eyes cast down. She sounds so defeated right now, her voice low.

“I know babes, but we can’t leave you on yourown yet. I’ll sleep on the couch to give you more space?”

“No, I wouldn’t do that to you. It’s just hard not having a minute to myself, you know? I just wish I could live my life like a normal person. I sound so pathetic.”

Deciding now is the right time to interrupt, I drop down next to Maya.

“You don’t sound pathetic at all. I’ve lived with Fallon for most of my life, it’s dreadful,” I say teasingly.

“Hey, don’t be mean. I’m a bloody delight to live with.”

“You’re as delightful as tooth ache,” I grimace mockingly, sending a cheeky wink towards Maya.

“Oh piss off, Tommy,” Fallon crosses her arm and huffs at me. “You were never sunshine and rainbows either on the odd time you would grace us with your presence.”

If only she knew that all those times I wasn’t at home when she was, I was with Maya.

“Right, I can’t stand the sight of myself any longer. Let’s get out of here,” Blair says, finally hitting her quota for the day.

“You’re all still staying with Maya, aren’t you?” I ask. The thought of her leaving makes me feel uneasy. I can’t exactly up the security any more than I already have. There will be a team heading to her place to survey the area before she gets there and will stay until she’s safe.

But still, I’d much rather her be here with me, so that I can visually see that she’s safe and not just hear it from the teams updates.

“Yep, were like glue to you aren’t we Maymay,” Gracie says.

“You sure are,” She replies sarcastically. The look of defeat taking over her features.

Maya has never liked being alone, but she’s always loved her own mental space. I know what these girls are like. As thoughtful as they might feel they’re being by staying with her, they won’t allow the girl to have a moments peace. I would give anything for her to just stay here with me. I wonder if she would. If it would be the better option for her to get some peace, but also for me to feel better knowing she’s right where I can see her.

“Maya, you can always stay here. If you want to escape the craziness for a while,” I say in a low voice whilst the girls are chatting and getting their things together to leave. Even before we finally admitted our feelings, her staying with me would be second nature to us.

She studies me, her eyes bouncing between mine as she takes in my words.

“I might take you up on that,” She finally says.

“The offer is always there, you just let me know. Okay?”

Please fucking God say yes. The temptation of having the little minx here would be hell, but it would give me a chance to win her all over again.

“What’s your number? I’ll message you?” She asks, then suddenly looks unsure. “Only if that’s okay.”

Okay? Is she taking the piss. There is nothing I would want more.

“Give me your phone,” She passes it over and I add my number into her phone book. “There, you can call me anytime.”

“I still can’t figure it out.”

“Figure what out?” I wonder.

“What it is about you that’s so familiar,” She says, looking so deep into me, like she’s dying to rip me open and find out all my secrets.

“I can always tell you, but only when you’re ready,” Her eyes widen slightly at that, now she knows there is something to tell.

“Okay. I think I’m almost ready to know,” She smiles at me, before standing to get her bags. “Thank you for last night, for everything.”

“You’re welcome. Also, don’t forget what you promised last night,” I smirk, because I for one, did not forget it at all. She frowns at me, clearly not sure what I’m going on about, “Our date tonight. But maybe tomorrows a better idea?”

“Tomorrow sounds perfect.”
