Shane glanced toward Amara.

She quietly gave him a small shake of her head. Her expression remained completely indifferent.

Shane immediately understood and turned back toward Elias.

“I’m sorry, sir,” he said apologetically, “but it isn’t possible.”

Before Shane could continue, Amara stepped forward herself.

“Our restaurant works with extremely limited preparation timing. Every dish is made fresh directly from the kitchen to the table. There are no pre-prepared ingredients, no advance cooking, and no stored meals. Every dish is made from scratch the moment it’s ordered.”

She folded her arms lightly in front of herself.

“We prepare fresh food with limited timing and precise ingredients. What you’re asking for would completely disrupt the kitchen process.”

Her voice became firmer.

“So no, it’s not possible.”

Bianca’s face instantly darkened.

Bianca immediately frowned deeply.

She frowned heavily before slamming one hand against the counter in frustration.

“What the hell is your problem?” she snapped loudly.

Her voice rose louder inside the quiet restaurant.

Several people inside the restaurant turned to look.

“You’re getting paid for it!” Bianca continued angrily. “So just take the damn money and do what I’m telling you to do!”

The shrillness in her voice echoed sharply through the elegant restaurant.

That was finally the last straw for Amara.

The more Bianca spoke in that shrill, entitled tone, the colder Amara’s expression became.

Without saying another word, she calmly reached up and removed the mask covering her face before casually placing it on the counter.

The second her face was revealed—

Elias froze.

His body stiffened as he stepped closer to the counter, disbelief flashing across his face.

“Amara?” he said sharply.

The name nearly came out like a breath.

“What are you doing here?”

Amara didn’t answer him.

Beside him, Bianca’s expression turned horrifyingly ugly.

Her face paled so badly it almost looked gray. She looked like she had swallowed something sharp and couldn’t force it down. Her breathing visibly became uneven as her eyes darted between Amara and Elias.
